I played the 1.7.1.1 with beta this morninn and everything went fine (av 35fps). THen I started the game up this afternoon, and my average FPS on every server has dropped to about 10, with low points of 5fps.

The game actually helped me this morning. I was in quite an empty server (6 guys) when I logged in near Stary to get a quick look in the military camp. I thought I was safe, but as soon as I exited the second tent a sniper already was taking shots at me. I ran into one of the tents figuring out my next move. My plan was actually to throw a smoke grenade right in front of the tent and run out, but even before I could get my plan in motion the server disconnected. :D

To the guy shooting at me in Berezino in the BE server: I didn't disconnect to avoid death if that's what you were wondering. I was actually just about to go in the orange house where you shot me at to go and disconnect because the Italy-Croatia game was about to start. Since I felt bad about disconnecting while getting shot, so I actually ran out again to gave you the opportunity to actually have another go and I could find a safe spot where I could save it without having to feel like one of those guys disconnecting to avoid death. Can't say I like the road this game is heading to. It's really becoming a PvP deathmatch. It seems that everyone seems to think that every survivor they see has to die. Most of the time when I see another survivor running around of which I know is no threat to me, I just leave him be. And when he is close to me, I always try to see if I can find out what his intentions are. But the killing of people for no real reason is really starting to bug me. I can't believe that Rocket wanted it this way.

I found this just south of Solnichniy. I presume this isn't standard? Is there anything you can do with it? :P

Is anyone else having major connections issues in the evening lately? (Europe) It's been going on for days now that every time me and my friends play in the evening (from 7 to 12 or so) that all the servers are lagging immensely, and it's quite unplayable. In the daytime there isn't a problem at all. Is anyone familiar with the problem?

I had quite an intense hour and a half. I started with 6500 blood, so I was searching for some wood to make a fire to eat my raw meat. Found some in the barn, cooked my meat and ate it. Blood back at 9100, yay! I then decided to go to Stary for the military camp. I needed some painkillers because my screen was shaking like a person afflicted by Parkinson's disease. Decided to take the southern field between Novy and Stary, when I read in the chat that there was a sniper in the field. He (his name was Carbonated Dave) was angry that 2 guys he was firing at DC'ed, which I understand is frustrating. I decided to take the forest south to the little road that runs between the two roads -> http://i.imgur.com/rDpEs.jpg I was running for 5 seconds when I already got a sniper bullet thrown my way. Luckily he missed, so I turned around and ran like hell. Hid in some bushes like a little baby until the heat cooled down. After that I patiently and carefully sneaked torwards the point on the map I highlighted on the above map. It took me about an hour or so, but it was worth it. Along the way I heard some more shots, but I have no idea if it was aimed at me or if he was just shooting some rounds to scare me, or he saw some other guys. At some point I reached a spot where I hear a big sniper gun, so I knew he was quite close. But since I knew he will always have the advantage and I didn't want to risk exposing myself, I just snuck a bit further so I knew I wasn't in his range. After that I just decided to save it because I didn't want to engage in a firefight with a sniper. I have an AK, but it's not much use since my screen in shaking like hell and I wouldn't stand a chance. It was fun, but what I did mind was me being called a cheater. I sarcastically asked if he was friendly, and he responded by calling me a cheater because according to him I disappeared into the ground. I have no idea what gave hem that idea, because the only thing I did was turn back and ran like hell after he missed his shot. Sad that one immediately is called a cheater when someone misses his shot.

Anyone else had this problem before? I joined Chicago 20 twice today, and twice when spawning I immediately died. I saved my game normal like I always do. Not in combat, not bleeding,... and twice in a row when going to that server I die. Well, the first time I died, the second time my character fainted, and I had to wait 10 minutes until the hourglass went black. Luckily I didn't bleed, so I just continue like normal. But I'm staying the hell away from that server. It even makes me weary of non-European servers.

Went into an NL server (belgian resident), and the fps was fine. After that I went into 2 US servers and a Russian one, and I got a whopping 5-6fps! :D

This might have been answered before, but since this all takes off like a rolling snowball I don't really feel like searching for it, so forgive me. Does the introduction of infections also mean that antibiotics will be more common to loot now? Since I read there was like a 0.22% chance of it spawning in the world...

Does the new patch come with a location reset? Because we just spent the entire night traveling to a location, so it would be kinda sad that we did it all for nothing. The update looks great though. Too bad about the Winchester, I loved it, and it's the gun I'm currently using, so that sucks. :D Not sure about the infection thing though, it could work great, but I'll have to wait and see.
