    I was actually looking for the Arma II Free version, maybe I'm stupid, but I don't think its on steam anymore...

    Hey guys, I haven't bought Arma yet because I thought it was a pretty big price for Arma II and Arma: OA, but then I saw that Combined Ops is a cheaper bundle... however, a lot of people I know are waiting for the standalone version. Should I wait and buy the standalone version... and if I buy Arma now... will it be compatible with future generations of DayZ? or is the standalone going to be compatible with Arma III? Sorry if this doesn't make much sense but if someone could answer these questions that would be awesome :D
