It's a PvP game with survival aspects. It is not the "survival horror sandbox" people think it is.

DayZ requires a completely different approach to gameplay than the fps shooters that are available. You can't just run and shoot/twitch at the mouse button. -

The gameplay you have seen so far has been early development builds as far as I'm aware. Give it time friend, I have no doubt everyone will be pleased upon release of DAYZ:SA
