Just because nobody has posted it on this one. Hold Control + Shift then hit the minus key (this one "-" ). Then type flush. Either that or quit -> different server. Works for me! Not a perma fix though but it has helped.

On. This game to me is about feeling and flavor. Favorite moment of shadows came when i was in was first person. I was about to hold lean to check up the street when the long shadow of a z walking down the street was cast on the ground right next to me. It was getting larger. I crept the hell away. That was scary.

Bout to make this thread....i like combos...so many choices after i found a hidden tent city on my favorite server... My weapon system right now is Mk48, M4 SD, G17 and luckily a tent city in a hidden location lets me pull most times i die. -I hate sniper weapons and acutally sniping in the game...although i seriously considered the m14aim over the mk48. I'm a hunter and a great lover of heavy hitting rifles rifles but with the m14 aim and mk48 sharing the same optics i went for suppression, firepower and effecient ammo carrying. The range and supression the MK48 offers puts it in a class of its own lessening the need for a dedicated long range system. Clearing towns of zs has me at the top of most servers i play for dead zs count. I put it as the best gun in the game. You have power, ammo, cqb and long range capabilities, good for support or assault and its good on zs and good on ps. -The M4 SD is good in populated servers and for raiding towns. Supression is just silly. -The G17 is great for saving you from dicking around with the torch and lets you carry the biggest secondary PDW mags...but NVG replace the need for a light but its still a good pistol. Question to all. What would you choose, Bison or M4SD? I've yet to use the bison in PVP. Why would the bison be better?

Maybe a pinned thread would help? I think this was warranted because most other threads i searched were people whining about a bad experience due to game breaking bugs or mechanics they don't like. This is more to do with an experience that might not necessarily of been enjoyable but is part of a rich and diverse gaming experience. The distinction hear is between error and a coherent experience that was scary/disturbing.

I'm from Australia and i'm looking for an AU or ANZ clan...i'm having lots of trouble finding any. Any ANZ/AU players that could point me in the right direction? If you have specfic info im looking for a clan that isn't a bunch of bandit/troll dicks. I never KOS (with execption to you mr bandit) whatever my gear, I like helping survivors, sharing intel, and i love getting into firefights with bandit punks. I can use mumble and steam right now. Can dl TS/Vent if you're legit. Thanks for the help.

Trizzo in game and on forum. Loving dayz, been looking foward to it. (was away for 2 months and couldn't play) I'm from Australia and im looking, preferablly, for an oz clan. A serious clan but one that like helping, trading, and not being bandit troll dicks. (A team that likes to take on bandits would be sweet!) I have multiple pieces of intel on various tent cities and stashes that i have found with coords. I use Mumble but i can TS/Vent/Steam if you play how i like to play. Looking foward to playing with a good team of survivors.

Im pretty new to the game about 4 days but i've hit it pretty hardcore ... so far two experiences stand out In the medic tent in electro, i had raided everything and had no weapons. Somebody ran in i yelled friendly and he didn't kill me! I asked if he wanted anything cause i pretty muched looted it all, he got the last morphine and left...thats after been chased by bandit atv teams on the coast mowing down spawns...someone that didn't 't kos was saintly. Second and the best run so far...ran into electro after loosing my mk48 and bison :( (found a tent city in the wilderness woot woot), heard multiple gunshots all over the city. Found a crapload of makarov ammo and finally the pistol itself. Climbed a ladder onto the roof. Two dead bodies. Go the check the bandit...holy crap "check pulse" appeared. I thought he was dead because one body had flies buzzing, pumped 10 bullets into his body till he died, looted his gear instant win. CZ, 1911, map, morphine, drinks, food, czech backpack. Looted the other guy then heard over speak someguy broken legs crawling in the street begging for help. He had nothing. I talked him over into an alleyway, he passed out gave him an epi shot, morphine, told him how to climb up the ladder, we wished each other luck and he didnt shoot me from the roof as i was walking off. Best help i've given so far...my dreams of being a wasteland doctor that lives in the wilderness have been pretty well crushed by banditry lol...but my humanity creeps ever closer to hero
