  1. I basically agree with the OP. This infection feature can be more realistic while still being fun. IMO, low temperature should lead to hypothermia (as in real life). Wounds should be at risk of bacterial infection, which can be treated by antibiotics (as in real life). Realism win, and still sounds immersive and fun to me.
