I do agree with what people are saying it's a human interaction type of game, The feeling of running into a build with some guy in there and not knowing what he's going to do is a very adrenaline pumping moment, while if I'm running down the road with a military patrol walking down it i feel as safe as ever because no bandit would dare shoot at an A.I. carrying automatic weapons that would be pure suicide especially if the A.I. instantly locked on right away and returned fire. I do however think zombies must be vamped up though but as previously said by someone zombies that spawn in the forest are already in the works. I do hate the long walks between places but it does give that feel of loneliness. -

I think if a player is killed by a zombie then they're character should come back as a zombie carrying all the players loot they had on them at the time of death. I think it be cool to be looking down on a town and see a zombie carrying a back pack and some loot.

I like the idea of skills it only makes sense and is realistic, If I went around and actually repaired cars all day it only makes sense that I would get better at it with more experience. I think the reason people don't want classes is because they think it will give people a starting advantage but if everyone started a new character then there's no advantage at all your a brand new guy with no skills at all. -

I'm okay with not spawning with a weapon as of right now because there no threat that causes me to need one at spawn. I mean there's the other topic that someone mentioned how zombies aren't even a big threat which is ridiculous because they should be bigger or equal to bandits, right now its just run 10 feet from a zombie and no aggro is pulled, and if it is pulled you can lose them by running into a house or in the woods its no big deal. Anyway long story short if they ramped zombies up to the point where its difficult and when you shot you better get the fuck out of there then I would like to spawn with a weapon because it has a use now. Plus with the zombies more realistic then all the cod boy fans would stop running around Guns a blazing and would most likely stop playing since the game would be to difficult for most of them.

Well you dont have to heavy grind to it it could just be something that is casually worked towards as you find books and do what ever it is your character does as of right now the most important person would be a medic since everyone gets hurt that wouldn't be a heavy grind since your bandaging anyway. All these skills are things that you do anyway I.E repairing cars or shooting zombies. It's not like sitting in the forest killing boars for 2 experience points a piece, it a casual "oh look my success rate has gone up for this" -
I like the idea of a secret military base hidden but you should defiantly need help to clear it with the help of other like a trusted group but it would have to be hidden randomly throughout servers so people could camp it and gain the arsenal of the entire military.

The whole experience of doing that is a discovery in itself. So any element of complexity that we’re adding, I think, is going to add more depth to the game. Maybe instead of putting morphine into your leg… You can do that, but you go into a limping animation tree. Or maybe we can give you a splint. Maybe you have to craft a splint. Maybe you have to find someone who’s got a doctor skill to help you heal it. I think adding those tools to the world like that, as well as construction, will give players more options. You obviously didn't read at all, No part of this is like cod or battlefield. No one person has an advantage over the rest, everyone can still do the normal activities but if you have someone who is specialized in the field you'll have a better chance of success. In complete honesty your a survivor not a magician its completely unrealistic how someone can properly apply morphine, blood bags, fix a car engine, and fire a 50 caliber gun. There needs to be a risk of failure to be realistic. -

Police officers are trained to fire under pressure they have to hit someone while being fired back at or being charged at while a gun collector casually goes to the range and does not of the training to fire while being chased by a few zombies or while being fired back at. -

I think it looks amazing there somethings liek arm band and leg band that confused me but hell i figured this inventory system out im sure this one will be 10 items easier than the current one. -

Sorry i didn't proof read they could spawn in hospitals and could help the medic with more complicated procedures, and I know the leveling thing doesn't fit Dayz world well so maybe it would just be there's always a chance of failure no matter what but as your character become experienced that risk goes down and success rises. I dont want it to turn into a grind till max level thing. Even to reach a 100% success rate would be nearly impossible that way people could always have that anxiety to be careful what they toy around with. -

I agree 100% your character does already get a little anxious when getting fired at but nothing to troubling. This would defiantly be a cool add to the game maybe if your characters to stressed out he can pass out or something like that. I like the idea for treatments also :P -

I like this idea this would give people an incentive to kill zombies instead of now where zombies are just annoying and carry nothing good. I think this and some of the zombie changes proposed by other people like hordes and more of them wondering around would go quite nicely together. My beans to you my friend -
Maybe your character could throw up... Why not? makes the game more realistic. Throwing up could lowering water and Food at a dangerous rate so youd really have to be sure where your water comes from and maybe they could add a feature that allows you to test the water in your canteen first before chugging it all down and spewing your freshly eaten beans? Just an idea :P

Excatly that all I'm really trying to get at no one human can kill countless people and not have some form of insanity even if they are battle hardened survivors their not immune to the psychological effects of murdering countless people. My beans to you my friend -

No in a nutshell im saying someone camping Cherno with a high powered rifle thats 1 hit kill in the body and out of range of any small fire arm you may find while in town isn't exactly considered a fair fight. I know Dayz is a Roleplayer and if you want to be a crazy lunatic killer then fine but if you sit up there for 5 hours and are out of reach of anyone how is that all fair? If you control the biggest city in the game which about 50% of everyone goes to when they first spawn and have are absolutley no threat then how is it any different from Spawn Camping in WoW? Theres no way to counter this guy cause the ladder going up makes about as much noise as a car starting up and even if you do get a lee enfield or some gun like that he'll most likely disconnect. What I was hoping this would do is lower the amount of these people that kill and have no repercussions. This isn't immediatly when your characters a bandit, there would be signs prior to your character actually commiting suicide. Say instead of someone killing 50 people in cherno they could only kill 10 then they would have to go back and raise their humanity back to a point so they could go kill more people. This doesnt Eliminate banditing it just makes it more of a hastle. and if the bandit goes into town to try to raise his humanity i.e. Bandaging a friend or giving a blood transfusion then atleast he is in harms way of some other survivor having a fair chance to get him. -

Iv'e had this game for a while I just made an account on this site to share an idea. It's not like I was on the same server I jumped severs looking for one that i could actually meet up with someone but everytime i went into a city some guy who had the unfair advantage of sitting on top of a roof with a As50 shot me while i was scrounging around in the store. I wasn't a threat to him I had an axe but he felt that i was worth the bullet to the body. -

So avoid the two biggest cities in the game? How is that fair at all the point of the survival game isnt to be sniped every time you walk into the cities it's to survive maybe get killed by a person but not sniped by a british 50 caliber gun you fucking cunt face. People kill themselves all the time until their spawn is either cherno or electro why in the hell is it fair for some dickweed to sit atop a buidling 100 meters high out of range of a pistol or whatever gun you happen to find while spawning in. You want a pro tip go fuck yourself with a pineapple.
