You should check out the forum post of Dr Wasteland M.D's medic services, or the whitelist medics. They are trustworthy, and should be able to patch you up!

Well, some people are friendly, however, most people, if given the chance, will imediately kill you in the hopes for gear/kills/fun.

Actually, some servers have caused me to have uncontrollable FPS lag, the only solution I found was to to just use another server found via the ingame browser, which can be found after using sixlauncher only to launch the game.

With the upcoming release of the standalone, what direction does everyone think it will head? For example, will it head towards the MMO style WarZ apparently promises? Or, rather, as the mod stands now?

I doubt it was hacks, probably just a glitch. Probably need to try your luck on other servers, or just await the next patch.

It isn't his game. It is his mod. He can only fix some of the problem, not all of the problems which come with the game. Whinging about it won't make it happen any sooner...

Hackers are ruining the game, however, you need patience as the standalone is confirmed and when it is released, the presence of hackers will be less noticeable.
