So here I was wondering to do with my character after being rubber banded to the top of the ATC and falling to my death.... again. Here is what I came up with: A minimalist, no backpack, no storage containers, just the pockets your clothes have (Med Kits are acceptable). That means 18 slots total, 20 if you use TTsKO. You will be surprised how much of a challenge it is, and you will also be surprised with how little gear you can survive with. I have been playing this character since early this morning ~10 hours, and I have yet to die. I've come close many times, but I'm still kicking. Here's what I do to vent anger when the game gets me killed: I type up a HUGE post, then email it my self, wait 5 minutes, then read it and realize how ridiculous I sound complaining about a game still in alpha. And i'm not trolling at all, I seriously do that.

All of these "DayZ SA in A nutshell" threads are absolute garbage. 1. The game is in Alpha, and its set up the way it is ON PURPOSE to test the functionality of everything. 2. You are CHOOSING to go to Berenzino. If you are tired of getting killed in Berenzino, guess what? DON'T GO THERE. 3. These threads prove NOTHING. 4. Firstly, welcome to the forums! secondly, the ban does not carry over.

All they would have to do is restart the game to get around that, or they would just stop playing all together. And once private hives come along, unless they want to start from scratch everytime, they will either have to deal with night or just not play. Personally, I love night time, there is something about knowing a guy could be within pissing distance and me not knowing that makes it exciting.

I know, many people buy servers for their own personal use and anyone else that joins gets a nice fat ban for no reason. Do what I previously mentioned and report the server.

There are several third party programs that allow banning. If all you could do was kick, then a hacker could just rejoin the server over and over, so banning makes sense.

Are you banned from all servers or just that one you were on? If it was a BE Global ban, you would need to contact BE Support about it. http://www.battleye.com/support.html

I run straight to Elektro, then on to Novy/Stary, then to the military base at Veresnik, then to the NWAF. It takes about an hour, but is the safest way to loot. Berenzino/NEAF is an absolute nightmare.

Could be invisible zombies. Yes, they are a confirmed bug, and can happen at any graphic settings. I normally only hear them, I don't see them.

Welcome to the forums mate. Make sure you don't have zombies chasing you, or that you aren't in a combat zone, as your character stays active for 30 seconds after you log out, which is plenty of time to get killed. Also, hardcore servers use a separate database than the regular servers, as they are entirely different characters.
