The media has a strong impact on those who play DayZ. They all want to be that one streamer that gets 1000 followers because he's killing dozens of people. One of the biggest reasons for PvP, is DevilDogGamer, RHINOCRUNCH, JackFrags, and other youtubers who do nothing but enjoy being bandits and recording themselves just kililng people. Everybody wants to be like them, so they go around killing everyone. No. Just no. -

You DARE insult the road flares! My friend, you have no respect for those that risk their lives for a bit of light! Plus, sometimes you just need flares/chemlights. Talking about these reminds me of my first time playing DayZ. Respawning to spawn at Kamenka, then head north in the night. -

As for my normal loadout... Primary: M24/M40A3/CZ550 Secondary: Flashlight Reserve: Winchester My favorite loadout, and almost always get it from spawning in Kamenka. Gotta love that town. West side ftw. -

The only way to deal with it is to KoS yourself? Here is a grand idea: Don't shoot them, and maybe they won't shoot you. And for the last thing, you are simply complaining about folks who do not shoot players. Why alt+F4 when you could follow them to their camp, steal their supplies, then destroy it? Steal their vehicles? Creep them out? Make their life ruined? -

Why not? I mean, its not like you really have a use for an AS50 or M107in the apocalypse. Just use an M24 and take careful aim, that helicopter is going down without a pilot. -

Then you,my sir, have never used a crossbow. I've killed many a bandit with it, including one with an m4a1 cco. One shot, to the head. Too bad he combat logged. :( -
Not everybody can afford good microphones, or know how to get them to work with DayZ. Hell, my mic took a couple of weeks to get working, and that is only with one profile. My other profiles simply don't detect my mic in game.

Why not play Arma II? It is quite the fun game! I don't get why folks buy it just for DayZ...

Took out a Lil' Bird with a mag of FN FAL. Tail Rotor/Main Rotor is your best bet. -

Here's an idea: Make helis uber hard to repair, rare as hell, and require constant maintence. And, change the controls so that it is much harder to control. And remove autohover. You're a civilian in a zombie apocalypse. You aren't going to know how to fly a helicopter. -

Does it count I used this glitch to get the hero skin, but still went around giving people blood transfusions after I got the skin? I don't use the glitch anymore.

Keep it, if you're on the public hives! People that had them before the update still keep them. They just don't spawn. You won't get banned. -
