Drugs. The ability to suicide if you have a gun. The ability to form actual camps that look like camps, with christmas lights, destroyed cars, sandbags, netting, and all that good stuff. -

AK74. Good damage, easy to use sights, ammo is very common. Especially good if you find one with a Kobra sight.

Possibly one of the best towns in the game, in my opinion. I always find a good ol' Mountain Dew there, as well as either a Ghillie or Camo Clothes, usually. Heading north and hitting all of the deer stands as well as Zelen are very good ways of getting weaponry quickly. Green Mountain is also worth checking for any camps and vehicles, as well as the deer stands. Then, after you got whatever you needed from deer stands/towns around there, the NWAF is quite close, or even Stary, if you want to head to either of those places. Why kill yourself if you spawn at Kamenka? Edit: Forgot to put in the question.

Admins abuse their power. You can't say no. Whether or not you say you don't, admins always spawn in this little thing, repair that little thing, look at an innocent admin map. I know admins. They do this.

Why do you care just about weaponry? Are you a cold-blooded bandit or something? -
Why go to a big city? Just more chance for you to get killed there. Less risky and more benefits to sticky to the west side of the map.
