For the Standalone Version it would be nice if the Server Admin can limited the Server for example only USA Players or only Russia Players and so on and on. Maybe u can chose 5 or more Countries that can join your server or if u don´t want the restriction then you dont turn in on. ;)

Nope it works not fine at it is. The Problem is you have many people ingame that don´t speak english or the country language from the server. So there is no comunication possible when the situation is so, the only way of clearing is Shooting. The other situation is that it happens repeatedly that you find a Stranger and he is friendly but after talking he checks out from what land you come then he Shoots you, happens all the time. But i dont care anymore people are ignorant and stupid, but thats the way it is....thread can be closed.

This would be a incredible DayZ Map! :D Hope, Rocket make it. Because such a huge modern Town would be great to play. Deep Atmosphere! Not all buildings has to be walkable. But some Skycrapers would be funny and all Garages,Hospital,Fire & Police Stations, Powerplant, Supermarkets,Prisions. Maybe a DLC called Modern Town for 9.95€ - i buy it!

it´s realy funny...This thread is the best example why a country restriction makes sense. First of all this was an example you can put any country in there. ;) Second play with a russian in my clan....u better read ;) ----cut---- Hopefully, a optional country restriction will come. So it is realy better that a admin can chose from where the people can come from on his payed server or if he dont want that then he dont turn this restriction on his own server on. Simple! My God, it´s a OPTIONAL system...let the Serveradmin chose what they want, they pay the goddamn server. I don´t want to speak english ingame and i dont want to meet people that not even can speak english or my language. It brings to many trouble!

It is funny to see that people dont realy understand and thinking this is a racist System. Nope, its not....it is a simple filter to prevent racist and to have a better chance for comunication between the players on the server. btw. one of my Clan mate is from Russia, the other from Turkey and so on....

The only way to stop hacking is the Standalone Version with a PlayerTrackingSystem that register all things that the player do ingame. If the player getting many things very Quik or the player kills very Quik many others players then the TrackingSystem knows this is a Cheater/Hacker. Best thing is then to make Cheater Servers, that the Cheater can only join Cheater/Hacker Servers that are special for them. So the normal servers are now for ever prohibited for this Cheater/Hacker and he can only play with his Cheater/Hackers friends. ;)

Yep, your right Internet is global and if i pay for my server i want my rules! Simple, because i pay that shit! And if i want that only people are from my country are on my server then i have no chance without the restriction filter! So a country restriction is a very good filter to stem the language problem. Because some people are shit and don´t care about server rules! And btw... i don´t want that people coming from other countries on my server making alot of shit like Hacking/cheating and other Stuff because they hate my Country.

lol Nerd.... :D Ok then special 4 you -> Example : Yeah i go cheating on a [select Country] Server because i hate [select Country] People....that is realy a kiddi Problem :P A 100% Protection is impossible and u know that. It is just a Filter that helps Serveradmins to push through there Server rules and for me a Player it is a good way to select a server i want to play. Because if the Server Rules says [Only XYZ Country] then i know speaking with others have more Chance, the Pings are better because nobody from far far away is on this Server. It is just a Filter...nothing more and it helps, but it dont fix all Problems!

Because of the language problem. ;) As a Server Admin or a Player there is no chance to play on a server that allows only your language. So many Problems comes because of the language. Like Rassismus and other Stuff ;) Example : Yeah i go cheating on a Russia Server because i hate Russian People....that is realy a kiddi Problem. ;) I think it would be a nice feature and because of the On/Off funktion you can chose what u want.

Respect for the MapConverter! Next time chose a better Map. ;) Sorry, this map makes no fun. Just a PvP heaven without any reason to play Survival.

N1 after 3 Days of collecting on the DE 2044 Server My Friend and me got 1 Car and 1 V3S with many Weapons and other Stuff. Now all things are lost and the [RTMJ] Members kicked me and my Friend always from Server. Looks like Whitelistet open servers are not so open!

Yeah, n1 Idea to prevent Campers. 10min sitting on the same XXX meters Radius the Snake comes to byte the Shit out of this Bandit/Murder camper! :D

And if u got Connection Lost or something else why u leaving the server without your own will...then u get punishment for a Problem that is not on you own! Realy a very good idea...NOT! btw. Serverjumping for Loot hurts nobody ;) Better a serverjumper then a causeless pvp!

*Push* I belive that a VoteSystem for all suggestion is the best to prevent double,tripple or more suggestion of the same Idea´s. It makes it easy to see which Idea´s are the most popular in the DayZ Scene.

As i said before the entire Ranking/Stats crap ruins every modern Game. because the People play not anymore the Game they playing for the damn Stats! Today got me a hacker/cheater. I laid down unter a fir somhere far far in the in the deep Forrest. No Towns, no villages near all far away. So i am on a place where nobody normal can found me, but this guy comes unerringly to me to kill. The best thing on DayZ is that the Cheaters are totaly anonymous no name shown after the Kill. Dayz is realy a Pro Cheater Kiddy game style...rofl

hehe...nope i was far in the highest north sleeping for maybe a half hour without moving under the tree. ;)

belive me i play over ten Years i know when a Cheater is killing me ;) And this was a Cheater. hopefully the Standalone will fix the Cheater/Hacker Problem and that the Name of the killer will show. Without Name showing, the cheater will have alot of fun!

How about repair the Powerplant for Teamplay? The Players can repair the Powerplant to light up the Town. It takes many, many scrap metal and other Stuff to repair, but then the entire Town filled with light. After mabye 8 Hours the Powerplant will be again destroyed to start the repair Challenge again. Possible Rewards: 1.Open a close Building with rare Objects 2. more humanity for the good Teamwork This could be a nice Teamwork Challenge and it brings fun to the see Light of the Town after the hard work.

Maybe... Why not make a object "Camouflage textile" that can be found to disguise the Vehicles before leaving the Server. This makes it more difficult for other Players to find the vehicles. Maybe this new Object takes 2 places of the Inventory. example: Cars,Pickup u need 1 Camouflage textile Chopper,Bus,Truck u need 2 Camouflage textile

Yep, and i never read this idea´s of gas Station or radio Tower. And i never make suggestion in closed way because the idea has to be simple and Basic, so that other and the dev Team can change it in a usefull way. I think this Powerplant Idea can work. It is simple to implement and in the Night it would be fun. The Challange is not only to repair the Powerplant this is only the first part the second part is that the highlight town say´s to all Bandits and Killers "The Door is Open and there a many Players to kill" and for the repair team is then the second Challenge to defend the open Door and stay alive with all the new and rare loot that everybody wants.
