    Chernogorsk Town Hall

    The Town Hall is 2 blocks North-East of the Church. If you go to http://dayzdb.com/map#6.064.129 and look at the city map you'll see the big symbol for the Church right by the water. Just north-east of there is a symbol of a car in the intersection...the first building just south-west of there [marked as a square blue medium value residential symbol is the Town Hall [co-ordinates 067 128]. Keep in mind that the loot on the roof is accessed by climbing the water drainpipes on the corners of the building. Hope that helps!
