I have just setup a new server and when I join I get a loading screen where my name is flashing at the top right corner of the screen like the attached picture, am I doing something wrong/missing something?

Sorted now thanks to the advice from Omaran, the server.cfg has a typo in the instance id which once changed allowed me to start the server properly. @Omaran You have my Beanz, crates full of them in fact

@Omaran (or anyone who can help) so if I see this in cfg "template = dayz_NUMBER.Chernarus" and NUMBER doesn't match the #ID I can see when selecting my server in cpanel thats why my server will not start?? because it is currently different and I need to get my server up asap

There is also the bug that if you stop the engine but still have auto-hover on the heli will use the fuel

The home server my boys were on has closed and we lost shed loads of weapons, we aren't crying. I lose gear to hackers on several occasions, I don't cry about it, I do scream "hacking barsteward" but once and only once. I die to a bug, I don't QQ I get up and I get on with it. If it really bothered me that much I'd quit. Now having my server not come online properly is bringing me close to it though ;) -

No the only TV's in Chernarus are in the houses you can't get in, all locked up safe and sound so the bandits can't steal them. As for opening the beans you could do like Popeye ;) -
Yes, really, do not take weapons in case you pick an illegal weapon, but you could take ammo for the guns you already have I suppose.

It already does do that, try racing two survivors one with no gear and one with full gear see what happens -
I'm a 30k+ hero and have a group of 7 hero's with me, my only KOS kill was against an unarmed bandit, OK, OK he was unarmed but it was on Balota airfield and I'm sure if he had got the weapon before me things would have ended badly for me instead, also he was probably hacking or had a hacker friend because he said I was going to die for killing him and suddenly there was a guy on the airfield that wasn't there moments before and he killed me.

Yeah I've seen a hacker spawn a goat that when killed turned into a Heli, both funny and sh1tty at the same time. -

Oh dont worry if I do find out why this is happening I will share it with the community, any help is appreciated and I have to say if people feel I have been a bit abrupt then I apologize, this happening has been just another sh1tty thing I have to deal with today when I don't want to on a Sunday and believe me I had some shiz to deal with today.

No use contacting the GSP on a Sunday night so thats out of the window, I thought MAYBE someone could help me and might have an idea why I'm seeing that screen. Also the server shows in PlaywithSix as "waiting" so is this a problem with Instance ID or similiar??

I thought maybe someone on here would have an idea why it was happening so at least then I can tell the GSP that when I contact them, Thanks for the reply but I'm looking for answer that aren't so obvious

It is from a provider not some server I have set up myself so these should not be an issue
