Most exploitable idea I have seen so far, you get killed whilst with team mates, simply respawn at their side to get revenge on the guy who killed you.

Quick question: Does this script kick if I have a Radio in my inventory??

NO, NO and NO I spend countless hours repairing a vehicle so that it will be of use to my small band of men, if it reset after an hour of non usage it would mean that vehicles were completely ignored and of no use at all. It's bad enough having some lil sh1thead TP it away for his amusement, never mind the game screwing me over as well, also I do not hoard the vehicles I take one to keep and any others get dumped where people can find them with lovely little treats for the first player lucky enough to get in. P.S. Tents disappearing when you die is un-realistic, oh I died and all off a sudden my tent packs itself up and all the gear in it is gone, maybe the tent slowly emptying itself of contents over a couple of days (also cannot be restocked) until it is empty at which point it disappears

Dragging this thread back up to the top. We have now had a couple more players join the ranks but still want more bodies.

This kind of tool is as bad as hacks, just because some admins can be trusted doesn't mean this kind of tool should be available because we all know there are way too many people who cannot be trusted.

I refused his ammo box and the rest, I know what you mean and agree sort of but I didn't ask for any help apart from to repair damage done by hackers previously.

Bandit's are players when all is said and done, the other two are just scumbags. Now there is another type I met in the past few days which I would call a scripter (not a skiddie) this guy TP'd at the side of me asking if I was a friendly because of my hero skin, as I didn't fancy dying to someone who just teleported to me I told him that I was, so he then asked if I needed any gear to which I said "nah, as you can see I'm pretty much geared" I asked him if he knew where all the vehicles were at because someone had TP'd them away somewhere, this guy spent the next 20 minutes trying to separate the mangled mess of vehicles created by another hacker and brought me the only 3 viable vehicles on the map, the bus, a tractor and a cycle and he then protected me from another hacker who tried to kill me whilst I drove these vehicles to the coast for other players to find. OK this guy treads the fine line between right and wrong and I do not condone his actions because he was cheating the game but it was nice for once to have someone not working against me with god-mode, TP and other such powers and also not trying to shove all the weapons in the world down my throat and to be honest I'm that frustrated with hackers TP'ing the vehicles around on my "home" server I was glad to have him bring them back, even if they do get TP'd again today it was nice to have one of them. tl;dr Met a friendly hacker, said no to his weapons but asked for the vehicles back on the map and got them, good guy, wrong method's but they worked. ;) Anyone think I did wrong???

You could just be unlucky like me, the server I usually play on has had some skiddies Magnet hack all the vehicles to one spot at least three times and it's messed up the spawns, three times now I have had a vehicle saved at my camp only to login and find it TP'd to the coast with every other vehicle, yesterday I even logged in at camp after two minutes I saw the Ural disappear in front of my eyes. On that point I have one question though, in the last two groups of vehicles I saw every vehicle except the UAZ, Military Ural and Heli, does that mean they have yet to respawn because when I say all the other vehicles I mean ALL of them, like over a dozen cycles, 4-5 quads, 2 Motorbikes, 2 buses, 2 Pick-ups, 3 cars and 3 boats.

This is the problem with the project splitting such as it has done, different rules from different providers, I can say that if I was a provider there would be set rules against any abuse of admin power with punishments such as server resets, removal from the hive etc. As far as I'm concerned Admin abuse can actually be more destructive to the community than hackers as they get caught and banned but admin's just say "it's my server, my rules" well I'm sorry but thats BS and makes you no better than the scripting little scumbags.

I was just about to reply to the thread when it disappeared, hiding stories like that doesn't make the issue go away and for the few that saw the thread it makes us wonder if people care about the game anymore, Cmon admin abuse like that is part of the reason people won't play anymore.

Yep there are a lot of admins that abuse their powers, I've seen a GSP that allows the admin to spectate on players, now that's admin abuse.

I would say the best trick to try is: Join a server running 1.7.2.4 and wait until you get the final loading screen (it should stay on this screen) ALT&Tab to desktop, open up task manager and stop Arma II, now go back to a 1.7.2.6 server and you should respawn on the beach.

When I fill the form out and get to the next page my Firewall blocks the address for part of the page O_o

Commander seems fine but Play with six kills my DNS every time I load it, thought it was just my net but this thread tells me otherwise.

@wr1633 Yes the M4A1 Holo SD is a scripted in weapon and as such shouldn't be used, so to an extent I agree with you on the point of hacked weapons but a trinket such as a radio that changes nothing in the actual game was just being petty and your rage at player's such are ourselves is misguided IMO. I don't do anything at all to support hackers and found it hilarious this afternoon when every player that was TP'd with me to the coast ALT&F4'd before the hacker even killed one of us.

I don't know about people doing this intentionally to dupe because if they are doing it on purpose then why has almost every one I've come across had all there gear intact?

OP I would just ignore WR6133 he seem's to be some angry little man with a BIG chip on his shoulder, he started in on me about me having a Radio!! I mean cmon OK your HOLO isn't legit but it's not exactly a game breaking item like the TWS and my Radio doesn't hurt any except that butt hurt whinger.

Yeah I'm all for giving more choice of Uniforms, it would be cool for groups running together to be able to all wear the same uniforms so they are easily identifiable in combat situations, imagine you and a team mate wearing a particular matching skin whilst raiding, anyone wandering into the building not wearing the same skin is automatically recognizable as not being part of your crew.
