We took matters into our own hands. We started off with a single Private Hive server LegitDayz and with a lot of hours invested in maintaining a safe environment our community grew at an alarming rate. Even with the extensive amount of hours we put in to combat the hackers our community was still susceptible to server wipes and such while we were working. Therefore, we started another server to do events and more importantly to WHITELIST! We have an application process for new players which involves signing up on our web site at legitdayz.com and playing on our public server with us the admins for a period of time. Once a relationship is established and we feel we can trust you we will whitelist you. We know there are a few assholes that look to destroy what people like us are trying to do but it has cut down on the hacking. Since the whitelist has been up we haven't had any reports of and serious and tangible problems. My brother and I have a few people in our squad that are very good at the game of dayz and we enjoy killing more than anything. We need to grow our squad of blood thirsty pvpers to 10-15. We would like multiple squads in different areas of the map to hold down locations and take out any opposing players. I guess I just dont understand. If all the loot you are spawning in can be found in 15 minutes then it should be easily done and only lazy dayz players would except such offers. My usa based clan will come on with nothing and meet you up north to fight. Just say when :)

whatever happened to earning loot and gear, and not giving it away. I have a clan of 7 that would come mop you guys up but after I hear you talk about not liking when admins abuse and you spawning weapons and vehicles in as "incentives" in the same sentence really turns us off to that kind of atmosphere. What about the random players that want to join? They dont get the admin spawned in loot? Not fair imo. After all that I still hope your sever does well. If you ever want to come to a %100 legit server and take on our squads come to legitdayz.com we would be happy to play on each others servers and have a friendly competition that would benefit everyone. We enjoy the vanilla server style, but tbh if you look at a lot of the more popular ones they all have mods on the mod to make it "easier" or "more interesting". The game has so many options now and people have played on the first map with the same stuff for a long time now and just like everything different styles come and go. That is why we are doing a few things to speed up pvp and get players to different parts of the map. The whitelist server is more for hardcore players that enjoy the original dayz minus the hacking. We dont mind anyone applying or playing on the servers but we will be testing players abilities for the spots in our personal clan. My brother and I host two private servers and look for clans/squads that enjoy pvp. We prefer to be bandits ourselves, and true bandits as you say. We dont tell people we are friendly then kill them when they pick us up. We tell them we will kos if they ask. I like your description and encourage you to check out our servers. Legitdayz.com has been around for about three months now and is gaining in popularity due to the solid work provided by the main admin Lucent, his brother Ace743 and the stead group of players dedicated to fair play without hacks or exploits. Legitdayz.com was formed after the two founders were tired of not being able to play dayz for more than an hour without some kind of unfair interference by hackers and/or admins who chose to abuse their "power." We decided to form not only a server but a like minded trustworthy community that all have a common goal, to play this game for what is was meant to be. A hardcore, care bear killing, no crying mod where the only mercy for those who cant adapt and survive would be death. We have built up a loyal steady competitive community who treat each other fairly and dont enjoy winning by use of exploits but rather the skill themselves and/or their team have. I have a private hive currently but it is a newer company and doesnt have many tools for me as an admin to swiftly ban hackers and or watch other players that are suspicious. Im looking for a server that provides many options and is easy to use to have access to my databases. One that will allow me to watch players, teleport to them, add vehicles, edit tables/maps ect. I have seen a few videos of people hosting the "hunger games" and like these kinds of ideas. I dont know if the programs they are using are custom scripts that the admins have or services the host provides. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thx

Im interested in purchasing a different server with more options for me as an admin. The server I have now is a newer server that doesnt allow me to view details with ease to catch hackers fast. Could you link me to a video of your UI interface in action so I can see what is possible with your set up? Thanks

What kind of programming do you have for admins to use for hackers/exploiters ect. Im looking fo ui's and such that simplify these processes so I dont have to go through tons of logs to ban one hacker. Thx

My friends and I were to the point where we were going to stop playing dayz because everyone we kill has a hacked weapon or is duping the items. We are starting this server to bring back old school, hard to get loot, slow and steady tactics that require true team work to survive. It will be password protected so only people we know to be good hard working players can join. We now have an official server that we will be playing with select few that respond to this post until our private hive gets set up. We will only be taking a few from the "test server" to join the password protected one. Our admins are extremely smart and good with programming. They have what it takes to monitor and find hackers easily with the freedom a private hive provides us. If anyone still enjoys competitive fair and balanced playing environment then please post here with a few sentences about yourself, your play style, favorite weapons ect, it doesnt have to be an essay just a short summery of your preferred gaming experience. We have our own vent and a trusted team of seven at the moment to help run the server. We have everything but true hard working old school dayz loving players. We want to return this style of play back to the community before the release this winter. New server based on old school, hard earned dayz game play, no hackers, duping, cheating ect. We have a dedicated staff that will be watching at all times. We want to bring back the traits that made dayz famous through honest fair play with no hacked weapons and every person having nvgs, range finders, as50's ect. My brother and I have a private server and vent for those of you that enjoy what dayz was meant to be.....Hard. We enjoy pvp the most and need a few more ppl for our squad. We only want vets that know how to kill, stalk, work in a group, and above all not dupe or exploit in any way. We have complete control over our server and work to maintain a hack free environment. We cant stop all hacking at all times but we are able to watch everything closley and lock the server when we know there are no hackers ect in the server. Let us know a bit about yourself and play style. We only need 2-4 ppl to round out the squad but we will be trying out several in order to get the bad asses we are looking for. If any youtubers need a place to record and play with minimum hacking problems let us know.
