I got the equation to calculate the coordinates from a dev, and I made a simple program in Visual Studio, hope it helps. https://www.dropbox.com/s/5z97fwtsd675kqz/DayZ%20Coordinates.zip it has two tabs, one to convert from XXXX,YYYY to XXX,YYY and the other one is vice versa.

if you press i while voice chat, you can see their name flashing(if they are on the top 10) :)

it will create a setpos.log with people moving stuff around, any suspicious teleporting will be there.

Are you using the setpos.txt? if so look at the .log

I think you have to look at the coordinates and judge if they were in fact, teleporting. like from 2000 to like 5000 something like that you know?
