A player by the name of BeanRapist around 1500 PST was spawning weapons and weapon crates around Elektro in US 1369 (198.15.68.250:2802). He spawned weapons and one of which was used to shoot me on the northern Firestation in elektro. Several minutes later another player I was previously with also spotted him spawning weapon crates in the woods.
