If you do team up with some random stranger never turn your back on them, always watch indirectly where they're looking (most of them aim for your head lol). Never enter the building first with them behind you don't ever tell them what you are really carrying. I just kill on sight everything aside from my brothers I play with =) ENJOY THE PVP'IN

M14 AIM best gun All i use for pvp works great =)

the M14 is my favorite weapon over anything. I took out so many players with it and it's nearly a 1 shot kill within close range and 1 shot to KO/break a leg midrange. I would rather have that gun over anything. I usually carry that gun with a sniper (if i find one for long range assaults). Mags is easy to come by it since most places have DMR mags. I like the fact that it's a round scope instead of the square ones because i'm use to seeing targets with a round scope instead of the square ones with red dots in the middle. Not to mention when I shoot someone 300-400meters it doesn't take my whole clip to finally kill them just a few shots to drop them.

if you place it you have to spend at least a few minutes trying to access it by trying EVERY angle possible. Standing/crouch/prone, closeup/2m and back more if needed. I've placed tents in a clump of trees and there's only one way accessing it (window box is very very small) and if you mess up on trying to loot it will kill you (I died once from it but learned how to access it safely with out dying).

=) why you gotta alt-F4 when I shot right at you? Saw you in the lobby lurking after my shot. Your spot is too common and doesn't take much to sit around and kill people who are trying to gather basic supplies in towns by the coast. I'm a bandit that kills snipers/bandits camping around those areas =) Really no fun shooting people who don't even have a slight chance of firing back at you. Take a rifle and run around on the ground shooting people it's a bit more fun with a better reward knowing that you were in a crossfire with other players and you got to kill them. Ah forgot to mention try playing in other servers with none of that mouse scroll ranging/nametags maybe a veteran server or play up north where snipers are sniping other sniper or groups with geared players and don't alt-F4 when a shot is fired at you. You can dup more of your gears don't worry about it..........................

true it's cheap as hell, reason I avoid using them. I'm a solo bandit that kills other bandits as well camping on roof tops/sniping hills. But if you get rid of it another person won't be able to find it and use it till another hacker drops in with hacked weapons.

when ever i find guns like that I kill a zombie and hide it with the body. All of the hacked guns I find I just hide them so others won't take them and have the guns cycle through other servers =) keep it legit

you should probably do what I do. When ever I fix up a vehicle or just steal one I don't try to take the main roads as much because of players near by that could probably hear me around the area. Once you reach your location and park your vehicle just get out and go stand like 40+ meters away from it and hide yourself. Wait about 4-5minutes if no one comes over then you should be fine. I've had that happen to me where a player was following me who was near by the area (vehicles are ALWAYS SO LOUD). I got off the truck and went to put some stuff in before I head over to the town to loot some supplies and I see a player 150 meters away running towards me. Another incident I wasn't able to prevent the player from getting into the vehicle and he started driving away. I threw my grenade to blow up the vehicle and the player =). If I can't have it NO ONE CAN.

THE angry I feel on this thread lol. 1. I honestly don't think people care about this post only at the fact that you alt+F4 2. Don't be attached to anything in Dayz you take a few hours to gear up but only takes a minute to lose it. 3. If you are on the sniper hill spawning from server to server I would suggest you go a bit higher up on the hill or on the sides so it'll be easier to flank the snipers if any on that location. Spawning exactly at a nice little sniper spot will just have you spawn where people can see you. When ever you are at the screen that says "Setup completed...Please wait" screen you are actually ingame already standing and people can SEE YOU or if they're close enough open your backpack with out you knowing. And if you were in a prone position you'll go from standing (in loading mode) then down to prone once you can actually see the game (usually when people just open fire at you or once you just move a tad bit. 4. Alt+F4 in combat isn't fun at all, I can understand if you get teleported to a random spot then you alt+F4 or abort then fine. But if someone is right infront of you "FIRE FIRE FIRE" fill that player up with lead if he doesn't drop and just walks up to you slowly then you scream like a little girl and ABORT. 5. I've had a very nice set of gears a bunch of times like one of the .50 cal snipers/m9 SD/nv/rangefinder/24slot backpack/grenades and I go around kill like 3-5 players then I die out of nowhere because some hacker script killed me. Or I see myself tossed up in the sky falling/above the water/falling on the top of a vehicle (with the hacker inside laughing)/blown up in the building I was in and all sorts of other stuff that hackers seem to enjoy doing. *I've even encountered a hacker who was on the sniper hill killing people with his as50 as if he was legit and pro. I wait for him to stop and unload like 5 shots at him with my as50 he turns to my direction and starts walking up to me saying "don't piss me off buddy I'll kill you" I told him yea only because you're in godmode but you have to admit you're one of those players who can't pvp so you rely on hacks to make yourself feel better. Of course he shoots me and I just laugh at him and say "nice being able to download skills huh???" Through all that I still play, do my daily looting for stuff and upgrading them by killing others for it (YES FOLKS if you haven't guessed i'm a BANDIT a SOLO ONE). And I'm pretty sure A LOT of us have been killed many times by hackers but still enjoy the game. STOP qq AND GO PEW PEW

Usually when they yell that is when they're on the ground bleeding with a broke leg and by the time I finish saying the BANDIT part my bullet would've killed them. and YES if you see someone and just shoot and miss you're giving away your position to not only that player you are trying to shoot but others near the area. And then you might have to change positions because zombies coming at you or players. Don't be TRIGGER HAPPY I usually wait till I'm certain I can get my 1-2 shots in to take them out then I got for it and always plan ahead ( if you shoot where can you hide because of zombies or escape routes incase someone is shooting back at you) Some players won't sit still and just keep running and won't take their time to try to loot small basic items.

I like to mess around with people before I kill them. Things to do as a slow/torture death that I've done. 1. Find someone and aim for their legs to break it (usually they'll go unconscious) if you are on the ground you can drag their body to an open area near by before they wake up or just leave them there and throw a smoke grenade around them to attract all the nearby zombies to chew on them. 2. Shoot a player let them go unconscious go back at least 20m from their body, take out your hatchet go in the crouch position and start chopping the ground walking up slowly towards them. 3. Grab a decent assault rifle or sniper (CZ 550 something worth low value to you) place it on the ground near a door where there's high traffic of players (school/grocery store/fire station) and just go back a few meters hidden but looking at the item you drop for people to try and grab. NOTE: you can just clear out the location and drop everything that was in the building infront of the entrance or door way. 4. Get some sandbags/barbed wire/tents and place them infront of door ways so people have to try to jump over it. Easy shot since they'll try to jump over it which gives you about 2 secs to take aim and fire. There's so much more I've done but I'll save those for later. When people SHOUT "FRIENDLY FRIENDLY I"M FRIENDLY!" I just yell back "Yeah I know but I'm a BANDIT"

I can understand if you're an admin enforcing rules like having no hackers in your server. BUT spawning weapons crate with all the hacked weapons and helicopters for players just isn't fun at all. Admin Lando/Deearegee First they were running around porting near players and killing them. Then they just start spawning the hacked weapons crate to players. Not to mention you can't kill them as well with that GodMode on ( unloaded a whole clip of my DMR on Lando and he just stood there laughing). Good job on that I would advise players to not play on that server.

really depends they're admins they can reset the server if needed. But go take a look if you want

anywhere you spawn at. A friend of mine was in the harbor area in Cherno there's one there, another one inbetween Kameka and Komorov hill side along the road, another near the school in elektro. If they're on they'll just teleport to you and talk to you and spawn it. Was happening yesterday and earlier today.

My brother dies in the school trying to take a better look at the sniper hill in Elektro. I see the player who shot him running down the hill near the dirt road. I wait for him to stop at 650m with my DMR I got a headshot and killed him. He starts dying to spawn closer to his corpse. My brother who is running closer to the corpse gets kicked at least 3 times. The player ran from the dirt road up north coming down. I spotted the zeds near a small building that spawned because of him being near it. I see him and take aim and fire. I miss a few shots he goes prone and we're at a waiting game. He gets closer so I get up and shoot another 3 shots. I notice another player (there's really just 4 players ingame) I watch him to see if he had notice me on the roof top but he doesn't and runs towards the small hill. I look at the player on the sniper hill and notice he has his as50 now. I see his legs behind some bushes and fire. I hit him once and the next shot would've killed him BUT I GET KICKED. I log back in and he goes running away to the tree line near the barn. People complain about ALT-F4s but for an ADMIN he just needs to kick you to be safe...... EPIC FAIL Not naming the admin or server because it's one of my favorite servers to play with my brothers.

This server never kicks us since we only have like 10-15 ping. And if you were about to get kicked I would assume it'll say it on chat from BattleEye about high ping or etc or boot you for some kind of script restriction.

it was just interesting to me because I've been killed by admins after killing them. One of them even yelled at me in CAPS after I killed him saying he was unarmed, but he was a bandit so I had to shoot :D and then I died.

I usually have one since I'm always running around inland, it's great to kill zeds but my M9 SD is way better for me. A friend and I ran into a town where we heard 2 different types of shots coming from a red brick house. We scouted the area waited and waited and waited (they were killing all the zeds in that town and then some). So we got tired of waiting and rushed in with our bizons. I unloaded a whole clip into a player before he died. Really don't like the weak damage output. But it works great when you're trying to be sneaky and not attract so much attention with your pistol/primary gun shots.

Find new ways to entertain yourself. I take a hatchet and go find snipers at the hills and try to sneak up to them. Put some sandbags/barbed wire/tank traps in front of door ways like the fire station or the market. Stand there with a hatchet and chop the next person you see trying to jump it towards you. Still not satisfied? Run into a store/fire station/barracks with a grenade and throw it inside (make sure there's at least a player inside to die with you). Grab a crossbow and try to kill people with it (it was entertaining for me, when you kill someone with an assault rifle in a crossfire).

Was at the NW airfield server Seattle 108 in the first barracks before the hangers. I heard a vehicle so I decided to chill at the first room (showers). I saw the guy run in pass the bench with an odd looking gun (thought it was the Bizon but I've had that gun a bunch so I knew it wasn't it). A few zeds followed him so he was killing them, I took out my AKM and got ready. Shot him 5 times he died, no name for the kill, i went to check his corpse saw the G36, I knew it was a hacker that spawned it in so I just hide the body and didn't take anything from him. Went outside and threw a nade to his vehicle. Then I just went about my way looking around the NW airfield. Just wanted to point out there wasn't a name when he died but he was head for sure went up with a hatchet and chopped him up a few on the ground to make sure.

Shoot on sight Golden rule for me now, when I started out I was being nice I helped people get to certain loot locations,gave them blood,supplies if they needed them even helped them kill other players shooting at them. My reasons for my Golden Rule 1. I had a DMR/M9 SD saw an unarmed player running from zeds he went into a building and went up the stairs (bad idea) there was no other exit but the stairs the zeds were coming up on. I ran in to help him and told him to stay back and I was killing the zeds, I turn to look at him and he had an axe. He took 2 swings at me and I died. 2. I was in a fire station saw a player with a mak ran in, he said friendly so I was okay. I asked him if he needed blood or supplies and told him what loot where around the fire station since I just got done checking them. I went to the door to close it he took aim at my head and fired. 3. Players who chat "they give up just don't kill them or I need blood i won't kill you if you help me" are just baiting you don't fall for it. I did once 4. Players with vehicles are just picking you up to use you to run into cities for supplies they're low on or pick up everyone they see and take them to their (fake camps) line you up and shoot everyone they picked up (brother fell for that one) I ended up killing all of them the next day when they tried that trick again on my brother. 5. Other players have experienced this so they aren't likely to trust you either and will shoot at you on sight or run away and find a gun to shoot you. if you do happen to find someone that is "friendly" don't turn your back at them and keep eyes on them. They might just be waiting for you to look away while they aim for your head. Side note don't run up to an unarmed player, they can open your backpack and start taking stuff with out you knowing. I shoot on sight regardless of what they have

I researched a bit and the G36 is a spawned weapon, he might have picked it up maybe with the ammo box he had

I spend about an hour or so getting gears but yea don't get attached to them. Most recent death I had I died with a M107/Bizon/M9 SD/24 slot backpack/rangerfinder/NV and other stuff. I died after I killed a certain person who might be the one responsible for killing me later. I walked into bear traps all around me, I turned into a zombie and started floating chewing on myself so it was a slow slow slow death in the air. Guess he got mad after I snipe him on the elektro hills.
