Not really sure why your having these feelings. ITs obvious you want a complete game and you are not cut out to test the game for bugs. Come back in 6 months or so when more stuff is added. Or go play the mod. Its just a game bro.. -
Maps are kinda silly. Shift Tab in steam and bring up the web browser... Now if pieces of maps were used to find hidden rare loot.. Now you got something.

Agreed. Not a fan of wasting time building bases. Would rather see people take control of towns and see how long they can hold such cities, towns, houses. -
Didn't read the whole thread. Would rather have the ability to take a dump in the forest and pee all over this stupid suggestion. I will quit this game if such system is put in. Stop trying to fucking change the game and tell people how to play. Wah, someone shot me on sight. BTW, what makes you think a bandit would suffer from negative effects to their sanity? They do it because they like it, if anything they should unlock an trophy and earn an achievement.

Really enjoying the game so far. More signs that there was life and I know a lot of this has already been discussed. There a tons of new apartment building but barely any automobiles that shown life there. Subtle signs of human existence. Garbage, a lot more garbage. Making garbage piles and dumpsters lootable. Streets showing people trying to escape with traffic jams of cars. Needs more overgrowth everywhere. Especially in cities. Definitely work on the movement of the character. Night play. One of my favorite features of the game but lighting needs to be improved. Flashlights need to have fall off of textures/objects need to be able to refract the lighting. Stop the gamma/brightness/clouds tweaks. Stop the bitching about KoS. Its part of the game. Stop telling me how to play. Also I dont KoS but the fact there is always that danger makes the game great. Audio. Already known. Half the fun for me when we were getting patches in the mod and looking forward to those changes. Looking forward to see how this game develops. -

How to improve Night gameplay - Rocket please read

Very hot topic indeed. I also have issues with the flashlight cone being too small indoors. I actually start to get nauseous when I play at night and try to scavenge indoors and need to stop playing. But I still love playing at night. -
Sorry if this has been discussed, couldn't find anything. I was thinking about the browser situation and had some ideas. Thought Id share my thoughts. Removing the server browser? What about removing the browser that shows all the servers all together where you cant pick what server you log into? Upon joining a game, you would click join and it find the closet, best server to join based on your ping or whatever you set them up in your filters. So what about other players? Remove access to the P button that shows how many and who is in the server. Logging into a server you shouldn't know who is in a server or how many people are in a server. If the idea is some sort of realism, waking up in a world you would have the foresight to see who you share your world with. Without knowing who you share the server with can add more tension to a game. AS of know I can join a server that has no players and not worry about getting jumped. Versus joining as server that has 40 which could end up in a PVP fest. The idea here is not knowing what world you are joining into. What about playing with your friends? Keep a button that says "Join with Friends". This will join you on the server where a buddy is playing. If the server is full it will join another server until a spot opens up. When it does a notification comes up and ask "Join in Friends Server"? I'm sure this isn't just cut and dry. I'm just thinking how you can simulate just joining in one world. Flame away.. :)

I forgot how much vehicles added to the immersion of Dayz. Not just a simple way to get from point A to B but the sounds from one heard in the distant. I loved creeping in cities and hearing the sound of a car coming only to hide and see what's going on. Or blades from a chopper trying to scout an area and seeing how you can ambush them! lol Looking forward to them!

I like choppers but make them more "duct taped" together. Maybe small copters and not military vehicles.
