Hey guys, I've been uploading to Youtube daily for about 4 years now and have yet to have my "big break". The only problem with this situation is that you were shot by an M4 3 times and were perfectly fine... I've seen people survive tons of shots from an M4 and it needs to be fixed.

I know there's the blood pack option, but I'm not 100% sure what that takes. You have to get someone else's blood, a saline bag, and what else. Mostly though, I'm curious how else you can gain blood. I'm an avid DayZ mod player but don't know a ton about the standalone. Does food still regain health? Is there something else other than food (if it still does) and blood bags that can regain health? Been stuck at low blood for a very long time since I encountered a zombie early on.

Considering the focus of the game is survival, yeah finding food and water (in the beginning) is the "central element." Once you get better at the game and progress further, you'll have less issues.

So you want them to dumb down the game and make it more unrealistic because you're bad at finding loot? You're new to the game, get better at finding loot. Imagine a real zombie apocalypse (what this is based off of), there would be much LESS loot than there is in the game, so if anything the game should have less loot.

If by more loot you mean more frequently spawning loot, then I hope that doesn't happen. However frequently the loot is spawning now, is probably way more than it would be years after an apocalypse.

Well he's 100% correct about how shitty, garbage, bullshit optimized arma is.

This doesn't mean run well on your dual 780's, it means that are actually somewhat optimized. Arma 2 is an absolute piece of shit when it comes to optimization and I could only dream of maintaining 30 fps in any mod/map for dayz I've tried even though my specs call for much better. I've tried everything you can think of when it comes to trying to get better frames and not a single thing has given me a single frame... Even messing with the in-game options doesn't change anything by any more than 3 or 4 fps. It just so happens that arma hates my exact computer setup and requires me to spend $400 on a new motherboard and intel cpu to get any sort of non-disadvantageous frames. Anyway, the only mod I can play without feeling like I'm at a complete disadvantage due to my frame-rate is dayzero. I highly, highly doubt there are any mods out there that run better than DayZero but if you guys know of any, that'd be great. I'm talking mostly about the mods listed in dayz commander and such. Or just the one that you know of that runs the best. Anything that itself has better frames because I've come to accept there's not a single thing I can do to improve my frames in anything arma online related without spending hundreds of dollars. Runs great offline, arma 3 runs great offline on high, BF3 runs at 50+ on ultra. I notice my frames vary the most based on how many people are in the server. Somehow there's something about the online aspect that (I'm assuming my cpu) just can't handle. I'm almost always between 15-25. I'd be amazed if I could ever even maintain 30 fps, because that's definitely smooth enough for me to not feel like I'm at a disadvantage. I just don't want to be losing fights just because arma is a piece of shit.

This is the first video of the first session of my new breaking point lets play. I have more footage from this session but I screwed up and got myself killed so I'm going to go pick up some more gear and get to a good spot to record and then record and upload again tonight. I think I'm going to end up doing a facecam as well, with my C920, everything's HD, I think you'll find I'm pretty entertaining and a fun guy to watch and hang with. I've been doing lets play for quite a while now, starting with Minecraft in around 2010. I have a ton of DayZ lets plays that are really well liked as well. I was pretty tired in the first breaking point session, it will be different tonight, should be quite a bit better, though I think it's still good as it is now.
