I don't know, why not have a tournament on vanilla arma? What you're suggesting seems just like a mass free for all , or wasteland.

Taking away PvP , takes away the experience and emotions you feel while playing the game. Realistically as soon as you get at least an AK , zombies are no longer threats. It becomes a treasure hunt.
