    Thanks all, for the input and info. I know I hit the guy a couple times but oh well. Next time i'll do more head shots. Good luck out there.

    So, I am still a little new to this game but when I have shot guys in ghillie suits and they just don’t die. Today I ran into the lincoln log cabin and as I am collecting some loot I see some zeds running by the windows. I post up on the right side of the door because I know someone is out there and they must be tracking me. Anyway the guy crawls in (wearing a ghillie suit) and I shot him at least twice (but more likely 3 to 4 times all body shots) with a Winchester (slugs) at very close range. He unloads on me using a silenced machine gun. I pass out and can see him spurting blood, but moving, and now dealing with the zeds coming through the door. I wake back up and shoot him 2 to 3 more times (once in the head) and then he lets loose another burst and finishes me off. I know my aim can sometimes be questionable, but what the hell does it take to kill someone in this game. FYI, this is the first time I “shot first” in this game. I have been trying to play it as a survivor.
