I did found a crashed helicopter, I dunno if you mean that, never found a heli that didnt crash, but You always have to repair a heli if you found one, or else it is hacked in or it is owned by somebody

it happens to me too, you just have to w8 a while until the black screen goes to a Receiving... screen, might take some time though

Makarov SD is hacked in I think, never saw it, dunno about the PDW SD though, I think its hacked too but not 100% sure...

And where should a golf cart spawn ? As far as I know there are no golf courses in chernarus

do you have override checked on ? If so uncheck it and then try to update it, I did that and then it worked

I totally agree, as you see in some citys there are churches, and sometimes the bells start going, if the zombie all gather around the church or something and then there might spawn some good loot in it, that would be awsome
