Couple things, it may be give unfair advantage. But its definitely far from "disrupting" as it only kills like any other gun does. Do I use it? No. I throw whatever hacked guns I find into a dead body and bury it, yeah I'm against it. But still, there are no rules against using them if you didn't script it in. Its douchey and wrong, however thats a moral issue. No I've never been banned or even kicked from any servers at all, My ingame name isn't related to my forum account.

The fact there is no rule against using a hacked gun aslong as you didn't script it in yourself is abiding by the rules. And no, I'm not condoning it, I hate it asmuch as anyone else. But the rules are clear and you can't bend it to fit your beliefs.

Level playing field or not, they're not abiding by the rules. You can abide by the rules and keep a level playing field, but that doesn't entice "Vigilante" justice to where you can randomly ban people just because they have a piece of gear you don't want to be there.

As a server admin you must not: You are not permitted to ban players for killing yourself or clan members. You are not permitted to shutdown your server when your killed. You are not permitted to shutdown your server when you lose a vehicle. You are not permitted to kick or ban for smacktalk. You are not permitted to ban for suspected cheats or exploits of a non-server-disruptive nature, including but not limited to ghosting, unverified cheating, duping and similar, UNLESS you have solid evidence, IE logs.

For the people that feel so desperate to insult and mock people for trying to make the game fair and ensure every one is following the rules. You're in no place to call them attention seekers and loser. What you're doing is getting attention by saying these things and indeed makes it look as though YOU are the attention seeking loser.
