What people don't seem to understand is that this is a game mode, no one forces you to play. I always support adding new game modes. If you don't want to play it and want to be a hardcore zombie hunter or whatever your fantasies are, don't play that game mode, but if people want, they can hop into a server with that game mode.

So guys, if I remember correctly, there will be basebuilding in the game. Now, do anyone have any idea how it will work and when it will be implemented? Will it be like in the game called Rust where you place down wooden boards and doors, or is it more like automatic build stuff?

I have run in to like maybe 15 people in the last 2 weeks or so, and I have never been shot at. Am I just extremely lucky to meet just nice guys, or are you guys bad at social interactions?..

Nah man. Green clothes are as common as red ones. It shouldn't be lowered imo. -

Zombies is still a bit hard to deal with unless you got an axe or shooting weapon. Running from them isn't always good. I have died 2 times already of starvation because there was 3 zombies in a village I tried to loot. They would just run after me and I would have to run away, which ended up with me trying to fist fight them and start bleeding. I managed to bandage my self, but I still couldn't take out the zombies so I passed out and died of starvation.

Maybe? There is so many players that I really dunno, But the base building doesn't have to be too complicated. It could be like a few tents in the woods surrounded by sandbags. I would be thankfull for that too.

We in the 81st are running around with like 15 guys. We have more than enough people to gather recourses and shit, while some people build a base.

The game shouldn't be based around youtubers, but it's players. If someone want's to stream, they will have to block the server name or just don't stream DayZ. As easy as that. It's unlikely that 2 servers will crash, but if it does, we could up the limit to 3. So you can join Server A, B and C without timer, but if all 3 crashes, which is very unlikely, you will just have to wait 15 minutes.

I have never met a koser yet, I am darn lucky. I just met a guy that gave me a revolver, and another guy that gave me some food and a canteen so I can store some water.

Just add 15-30 minutes timer for switching servers and no one will server hop.

It's easy enough to prevent server hoppers. Just add a timer for swtiching servers and people will stop doing it. Combat loggers is just have like a 15-30 second timer before someone can log out and it's fixed. It's simple stuff to fix really -
