  2. There are actually no 502 errors now.. read our thread and emails. We've fixed this. Our support response time is within 24 hours, as it's always been. Once again, no surprise there. 3 days for activation? What are you referring to? We set up servers within 24 hours also so I know you can't be referring to that.

  5. Yeah - that mysqli error is going to be fixed shortly. For now, don't worry about it - should not affect using phpMyAdmin at all.

  8. Regarding the 502 errors, I've made it very clear that we are switching servers to fix this issue. That will be happening today/tomorrow - depending on a few factors. Should be done by Sunday -- latest. Regarding the Germany server hard disk failure.. hard drive failures happen and some times they are not recoverable (like in this case). The datacenter attempted to recover the hard drive but was not successful, which is why it took so long. Unfortunately, all data was lost on that server but we have a backup of important stuff like server information / configuration variables / etc. We'll be reinstalling your game service tonight and compensating for the downtime.
  9. Yes, we did offer people compensation for downtime, but only if the server was actually down. If your server was still running and you had the ability to start/stop and edit the database, then you were not compensated. You have to expect regular maintenance on some of the tools, the map tool is just an available option that we do not even charge extra for. It comes with the private server as an added feature. Also, Grumpyhamster is correct. There is a way around the 502 errors. Use a program like MySQL Workbench or HeidiSQL. This will let you use your database with no 502 errors. On the other hand, we just bought our new web server about 2 days ago and we are still waiting for it to be setup. Once it is setup, the 502's will be gone.

  12. That's an easy fix and is related to installing Bliss v3.7 before we made an adjustment to it (within 30 minutes of launching it last night), please submit a support ticket or reach out to Chad on teamspeak to resolve it.

You have cycled through just about every dayz server host there is, and no host seems to be able to make you happy. 3.7 is a flawless release, and most of our customers are not having any of the problems you are speaking about, especially after this last update. So please stop spamming the forums and let people decide for themselves. You do realize we offer refunds to our customers if they file a cancellation request and it is a valid reason. You never submitted a request, you just decide to do a paypal dispute after 3 weeks. You say our servers are crap? We use Dual E5-2620's that have plenty of resources.     Sorry to see you go and I understand the issues you faced were very frustrating but all of them have been fixed (minus the 502 issue). Just so everyone knows, Robert (poster) was credited for the downtime because his server had a particular issue with an earlier release of Bliss that was very buggy. It's since been fixed and the current release of Bliss is far more stable. Going with your own private hive on a dedicated server is a good idea but is much more costly than choosing a DayZ private hosting provider. You'll face the same issues. Bliss is very much in development and has a lot of work to become stable. It's a learning process for us and not something we can easily resolve like you would expect some huge company to resolve in a matter of minutes. FYI, the 502 issue is being fixed this week as we're moving our website over to another server.

  18. The time zone is 12 hours off. If you want GMT+8 do GMT-2 etc. Server status "unknown" - submit a ticket. This is a bug with TC Admin that has nothing to do with us or our servers. We have to login to that server and restart the TC Admin monitor.
  19. Keep in mind that the database has a timezone offset ranging from -8 to +16 So if you change it in phpMYAdmin only use values between -8 and 16
  20. Bliss v3.6 has an issue with the time zone. All time zones are off by 12 hours. Please adjust your server settings from DayZTools accordingly until it is fixed. Within the next few hours.

  23. Up to 24 hours is reasonable and we're not changing out policy on that. Admittedly, we dropped the ball over the last week and had a few tickets go above 24 hours. It happens, give us a break. We had a major release mixed in with some major issues which we worked 24/7 fixing. It's not an ongoing thing, take a look at our entire thread history and you'll see this is not an ongoing thing. The amount of impatience, rudeness, and flat out wrong information said about all of these hosts is just ridiculous, I'm talking HFB/Vilayer/every host. It's not easy running DayZ hosting. There's a shit load of work and crap we have to put up with on a day to day basis but we power through it and learn from our mistakes. We're on the right path and that's what matters. Comparing DayZ hosting to other hosting companies (even GSPs) is apples to oranges. We're dealing with a game that is in beta, software that is in early testing/newly released, and now the transition to private servers adds on top of that 10 fold. The amount of misinformation in this forum in regards to server hosts is astounding. It's fair to call a company out on your issue but when you make assumptions that the other hosting providers don't ever have issues then that's just plain false information. I've seen almost every single host mentioned on this board have issues with ticket response times. Out of hundreds/thousands of customers it's impossible not to have a few issues here and there.
