@Seaweed Please stop spamming the forums with lies. I have personally been on your server multiple times. It is impossible when you say it has only been running for 5 days. We reserve the right to terminate any service in extreme situations as stated in our TOS that you agreed to. You have been extremely rude and insulting, and we will simply not put up with you thinking that somehow you deserve special treatment above all of our other customers. UPDATE: TC Admin is back online, the TC Admin main monitor crashed and was down for a few hours. This is simply TC Admin being buggy, all I had to do was restart the main monitor.

@Seaweed Can you please give me your ticket # so I can investigate your issue. We also have a fix for anyone with the " duplicate entry 39600 for primary" error. The "wait for Host" also has a fix. Please reinstall Bliss 4.2 and tell me if you get any errors on install. There should not be any issues with the update as I have fixed about 25 servers within the last 20 minutes. It's a quick fix as most servers are just missing the MP Missions folder.

Please submit a support ticket and we'll take care of you. I'm thinking your TC Admin monitor just needs to be reset.

UPDATE: You can now find the DayZ 1.7.4.4 and Bliss 4.2 updates from Mod Manager in TC Admin. Installation Instructions 1/ Stop your server 2/ TC Admin -> Configuration Files -> server.cfg "Config Editor" adjust DayZ value to "1.7.4.4" and beta patch to proper value (recommended is 99153) 3/ TC Admin -> Command line Manager -> select the map you want 4/ TC Admin -> Mod Manager -> Uninstall previous version of Bliss 5/ TC Admin -> Mod Manager -> Install "Bliss 4.2" 6/ TC Admin -> Mod Manager -> Install "DayZ 1.7.4.4" and the latest version of the map you want (we released updates today for all maps) 7/ TC Admin -> Configuration Files -> HiveExt.ini "config editor" -> select the map you want / time settings 8/ Start your server Important Things to Note Celle does not work with this release. We are having an issue with the map which we need to iron out before we make it available to private/community customers. More on this soon. UPDATE: Wait for host issue has been fixed!!! All you have to do is reinstall Bliss 4.2 and your done! We just applied the fix to all of our servers. Bliss 4.2 and 1.7.4.4 should be fully functioning and running great.

Anyone having issues please submit a ticket with a detailed description of the issue you have. We already have tons of customers on the private hive who have successfully transferred over to Bliss 4.2 and 1.7.4.4

That is completely false. We normally have updates within 24 hours for all beta patches and DayZ versions. Like 1.7.3 and 98866 were released almost immediately, as well as all updates before that. Apparently you're not quite understanding how Admin tools work. When there is Database changes we have to update our tools as well because they are ALL linked to the MySQL Database. Charging for something you can do on your own? Do you have a tool that removes wire fencing and tank traps, spawns vehicles whenever you want without needing to go into the Database? You can even create custom spawns integrated with the Run task in DayzTools. So please enlighten me as to how you can do all of these things on your own without a tool connecting to the MySQL database? UPDATE: Bliss 4.2 and DayZ 1.7.4.4 are 99% complete. We're having 1 issue with the Celle map, all other maps are working great and have been tested. The update should be ready by Wednesday evening once we get Celle working. We do not want to release it without Celle because it would be unfair to some of our customers if they had no admin tools and were still stuck on the older versions.

We skipped 4.1 because there were no major changes to the database. 4.2 as well as 1.7.4.4 will be ready tonight/tomorrow depending on what we accomplish tonight. I posted here on Sunday saying the updates would be ready within a few days. We're normally releasing updates shortly after they are released, we have a lot of changes and maintenance going on right now with our admin tools and we want to be sure everything is smooth upon release. Thanks for realizing that it is not always best to update right away. We do try and release updates shortly after release, but we definitely don't want to be dealing with tons of new bugs. We will be releasing all of the new updates spread out over the next few days including 1.7.4.4, Bliss 4.2, updating our DayZTools feature, updating map tool. We are also working on automating the order process so we can have more time to focus on tickets. Please stop bashing us on the forums, it is not deserved and we have always treated you with respect. Keep in mind you are only on 1 of our servers, 99% of our customers were not affected by this issue and it is not right to make us look bad for something out of our control. There is nothing we can do if our host in Germany randomly shuts down one of our servers without any notice, we are unable to notify you. Our host has told us this will not happen again, it was a huge mistake on their end. We would have notified you if we could have and I'm reimbursing your account with $5 right now. We do have a support team, there is 3 of us. We have a policy of 24 hours MAXIMUM for reply time on all support issues. Lately, support tickets have been answered much faster than the maximum 24 hours. For example, your most recent ticket was answered within 7 hours on the first reply and 3 hours on the second reply. We're not trying to pick a fight, please let me know if there is anything else you may need. Unfortunately, you purchased a community hive server which does not include a map tool, only the Private hive servers come with a map tool and phpMyAdmin database access. See the link here: http://www.survivals...ments.php?id=14 The good news is we will gladly make you a brand new server and switch you over to the private hive. This is normally a $5 fee but since you are a brand new customer we will not charge you for the transfer. Go ahead and submit a ticket and we will take care of you. You change the timezone inside TC Admin--->Configuration Files--->Bliss\HiveExt.ini Also, bliss 4.1 will have some new timezone features such as always daytime without having to restart your server. 4.0 requires you to set up scheduled restarts for the always daytime feature to properly function. Awesome! UPDATE: We have released all of the new maps excluding Namalsk .60 The new Namalsk will be ready with bliss 4.1, we just need to apply the update to bliss which has not yet been released by the bliss developer Ayan. If you are having difficulties upgrading to the new maps, please uninstall bliss then reinstall bliss, then go into TC Admin--->Configuration Files--->Bliss\HiveExt.ini and save your settings. It also would not hurt to save your settings in the Bliss\server.cfg It should be a very smooth transition into bliss 4.1 as we are going to do extensive testing to ensure there won't be any major issues. David, We also said that it may take up to 24 Hours to fill your order. It sates this on the order form and I tyold you this in the ticket. Anyone waiting for a new order needs to understand it can take up to 24 hours depending on how busy we are. It states this on the order form. You are also being credited for the downtime (meaning your account is given a cash balance for the downtime.) I'm not sure what more you could ask for considering you are not charged while you are waiting.

What you guys are not understanding is there is only a small number of people having some of these issues out of all of our customers. We are doing as many bug fixes as we can and trying to keep all of our Tools up to date with the newest versions of bliss can take some time. Most of our servers are working great and 90% of our customers have not been complaining about any of these issues that a few of you guys are having. Please know that we are happy to help you with your issues, but we can only work so fast in assisting with database related issues (Which is what most of you are having issues with) We have said multiple times that our response times on tickets is about 24 hours MAXIMUM. We like to be much quicker than this but that does not always happen. Also, we have hired another staff member as of 11/03/2012 to help with sales and support. @MrKalimotxo We handled your overpayments within an hour. The server side issue you were having was responded to within 24 hours. About an hour ago you had some further questions which were answered in a timely manner as well under a day. You've been spamming our thread non stop with hateful comments (that had to be removed by DayZ mods). I understand it's taken time to get to each of your concerns but please be patient with us. @siggy There's no way your ticket has gone 4 days unanswered unless you are constantly bumping your ticket with new information. Please PM me your ticket ID so I can take a look.. the ticket bumping thing is a huge issue with our support software which we really have no way around at this time. I think the best thing to do would be to add some information next to the support ticket form that bumping tickets results in delayed responses since it puts you back to the end of the queue. @kotasbu Our priority is fixing these bugs, let's not jump to conclusions here - when I say "new requests" I mean requests for support. To all: we'll be hiring some further support this week and have been interviewing some more potential candidates. Our goal is to get these ticket responses down from 24 hours to 12 hours but for now the 24 hour policy still remains.

You cannot downgrade to 3.7. Once you upgrade to 4.0 you are locked in. The rMod thing is unfortunate but honestly, the game is an alpha game. Support for mods will come and go. If the creator of the mod does not adapt with the updates (1.7.3 / 4.0) we remove support. If it means that much to you then you should host a dedicated server yourself and keep 1.7.2.6 installed with rMod. As for the issues people have been pointing out, you just need to be patient. We're trying to get through the new requests from yesterday today.

We're playing catch up.. a lot of work to do but we're hoping to get everything done today from this weekend's update. To everyone thinking we "don't do any work" you need to understand we're pulling all nighters to fix some of the issues that have happened after the 4.0 update. The issues are fixed so it's just a matter of getting everything cleaned up. A lot of the issues now are being caused by customers corrupting their databases in attempt to fix the issue on their own. So we're having to deal with that as well. To those who get that upset over the downtime during a major Bliss update, how about just waiting a few days until everything is ironed out? There's no such thing as a perfect update especially at the size that we're having to update. If anything goes awry, we're having to backpedal and do manual work until things are up to par with current updates. We have always reimbursed our customers for downtime on their servers. Bliss 4.0 was a major update, and most of our customers are not experiencing issues with their servers. There is only a small number of people having the issues you are having out of hundreds of our customers.

We actually patched everyone up a while ago for the vehicle error (parts fix). A server restart is required. As far as the vehicle restoration we've finished everyone up through ticket requests as 12 hours ago. We're still chugging through these and expect the rest to be finished tomorrow (11/5).

All pending orders are being worked on right now, we are very busy at the moment so we decided to hire some temporary staff to help fill the new orders. We are also working on fixing everyone's vehicle issues. If you are having any issues with vehicles just submit a support ticket and we will hook you up!
