  1. We are continuously investigating the issue with vehicles not appearing on some of our customer's servers. We do indeed have the Silent Warrior Anti-Hack tool for sale through our website. The map tool through our DayZ Tools is completely unrelated.
  2. You are no longer customers though, so you cannot comment on our support or the experience of hosting with us since. We've made mistakes in the past and have corrected them. Most of the comments that talk negatively about us are either very rare issues, misunderstandings (the sub user issue), or users who just do not agree with our 24 hour support policy. We can't please everyone. Fact of the matter is that DayZ hosting is not some walk in the park as both of you seem to think. The constant hate from you two after leaving our company on reasonably good terms is simply bashing at this point. I could understand if you were customers, but constantly coming in our thread to bash us for things that happened many months ago is not fair to us.

  4. This is just simply untrue information. We rarely get disputes because 99.9% of our customers are happy campers. We cater to customers who have a bit delayed support times. The change in our policy was (as I said in the last post) because we just simply cannot guarantee answers to complex questions within 24 hours. 90% of tickets are not complex and are answered within the 24 hour period. Otherwise, we compensate. If it's complex and it takes us an extra day - we generally don't provide compensation in that case. The compensation is simply something that play be ear and not every case is that black and white.
  5. We still respond in one day.. it's just not possible to guarantee it with some of the complex support tickets. Some people also like to ask 5-10 questions in a single ticket. Answering within 24 hours is the norm but not always guaranteed. As for our forum "nothing but crickets" - I beg to differ. I've been responding every day there and every thread is thoroughly read. There's usually a few new posts every day and we've got a bunch of contributors. No idea what you are talking about - what you are saying is just untrue. Anyone claiming not to rent a server from us without having any reason - I encourage you to let me know what it is that you have beef with and we can address it here publicly. The sub user issue is something that is a legitimate concern. The customer did not inquire before hand whether or not this was a feature of TC Admin that we support. The feature is currently buggy in TC Admin and not usable at all (something we cannot control). We do not advertise on our website that we support sub user access. Inside of our demo it makes mention of sub users but that's just something we can't control. If you had any questions about it - you should have asked in advanced. I'm sorry it was a deal breaker in your case. For everyone reading, the customer failed to update in this thread that we offered a refund for the sub user issue.
  6. Reality 1.0, in simple terms, is just a new server management tool that allows private hive server's to use the same packages that were available in Bliss. (Care packages, wrecks, kill messages etc...) The main Bliss developer will no longer be making updates, so Reality is the way to go now! UPDATE 2/9/13 All pending server orders will be filled tonight. We will also be helping out anyone having issues transitioning to the new maps or 1.7.5.1
  7. To anyone having issues with our new 1.7.5.1 release, we have applied a hotfix that requires action on your part. To upgrade to DayZ 1.7.5.1: 1/ Log in to TC Admin 2/ Stop server 3/ Mod Manager -> Uninstall Bliss v4.2 (whatever version you have) 4/ Mod Manager -> Uninstall DayZ 1.7.4.4 5/ Mod Manager -> Install DayZ 1.7.5.1 6/ Mod Manager -> Install Reality v1.0 7/ Mod MAnager -> Install Battleye Feb 07 7/ Update server.cfg / HiveExt.ini / command line --> Chernarus (optional, if you have not done these 3 things already) 8/ Start server 9/ ***** Make sure you have DayZ 1.7.5.1 and **at least** Arma 2 Beta Patch 101480 ***** We've transititioned from Bliss to Reality (for Chernarus, Utes, and Lingor Skaro) to support 1.7.5.1. We still support Bliss for the old maps and some of the new maps that run on 1.7.4.4. The new version of Bliss will be released tonight.   8. Hi All, Please find DayZ 1.7.5.1 and Reality v1.0 (required for DayZ 1.7.5.1) in your TC Admin Mod Manager. Only upgrade to 1.7.5.1 if you are using Chernarus.
  9. DayZ 1.7.5.1 will be released Wednesday evening. We are also releasing a bunch of new maps. Beware, there are some known bugs that we have no control over. These are just bugs that come along with the DayZ update not being 100% perfect yet. For example: there have been reports of item duping and tents not saving properly.
  10. Please reply to me with your ticket # Average response time is less than 12 hours right now, it is likely your ticket got placed "in progress" or in the wrong section. We're happy to give you a hand in fixing your admin password.
  11. Please let me know your ticket # or send me a private message with your transaction ID from paypal. Paypal was having a brief issue last night where no transactions were showing up, the issue has been fixed we just had to manually import a few payments.
  12. We're having a couple issues with the zooming on Taviana, going to be fixing shortly.
  13. On the players not being able to respawn: That is impossible for the Tool to mess up your server as you have stated. It is likely a completely unrelated issue. "The tools dont work because they didnt associate at server ip to them" This is an easy fix just submit a support ticket and we'll fix your dayztools access.

  15. This is not our map tool, The SilentWarrior Tool is an Anti hack tool that we are also supporting! We are releasing our own free map tool with our servers also! We are in the final testing stages of our own tool. I'll take a look at your Server side application error. We offer the same hacker protection as every other company! Please do not say "SS provides the servers but is gonna leave the protection of the server up to you, the customer" That is false, It is impossible for us to Setup Gotcha AntiHack server-side. It is a client side app. EDIT: This issue has been fixed, customer's server had incorrect starting character loadout which was causing an error in the DB ATTENTION: Anyone getting server status "Unkown" or "Stopping" This is an error with the TC Admin monitor that will usually resolve itself within 30-45 minutes. Your server is still online and playable during this time. Please submit a support ticket and we will take care of the issue if it continues. UPDATE Friday 1/25 7:22 PM We'll be granting access to our new tool for all of our private hive users over the next few hours!
  16. Map tool is very near completion, doing more testing tonight and will update you shortly! Sorry for the wait and incorrect ETA. We want to be sure it is working properly before release. I am able to easily join your server and play like normal. I responded to your ticket with a detailed response on how to unban yourself etc. I said "What you need to do is go into your bans.txt file either through FTP access or File manager in TC Admin or through the configuration files in TC Admin." To fix your scheduled restarts, simply delete them from TC Admin the add them back in with a daily schedule. I have tested this works 100% of the time. Anything else you may need help on I am happy to assist, just let me know if I did not address one of your issues.   18. Hello, I understand your concerns and appreciate your input. Just so you know and anyone else who reads this message, we have now added much better spam and bot protection to our Forums. You will no longer see a forum cluttered with bots and useless posts. There are tons of Tutorials available in the FAQ section for any DayZ admin that needs help. We consider our level of customer service to be on par with the majority of all DayZ hosts. Average ticket response time in the last week has been below 10 hours (some tickets go longer depending on the issue). And as far as our tools go, I'm not sure what you mean when you said, "tools which all other hosting service's have already". DayZ.st does not have FTP access, does not have BEC or Antihax either. All 3 of which we do have. The only thing that DayZ.st has that we do not is their Admin map tool. We will be releasing our own Admin map tool Monday/Tuesday of this week. So I'm really confused why you say that every host already has these tools when DayZ.st is the only host currently offering an extensive admin map tool. Sincerely, SS
  19. Hey Blane I appreciate the input. The reason we do not allow anyone to change their DayZTools or PhpMyAdmin password is because when we setup new servers, the username and password are automatically and randomly generated for phpmyAdmin and DayZtools. I will see if there is any alternative that we can come up with for the current method. And about Bliss 4.3, we're actually holding off on this update for another week or so. Reason being is because we can still offer you anything you need on our current Bliss version. We offer Tavi 2.0 and Namalsk .73 (manual updates done by us, send a ticket request). Right now we are working on adding DayZ+ and DayZ 2017, as well as a few other mods. We are also about to release a new admin map tool. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.   21. It's ridiculous that you would point this at us. I don't even think SurvivalServers is capable of pulling off a DDOS attack due to our smaller size and the fact that I have Zero knowledge on how one would even begin these attacks. Tons of server hosts have been attacked recently, including us and Vilayer and I'm sure other hosts as well. Just because you had a negative experience with us, it does not make us criminals. We're happy for DayZ.st and we are also growing substantially with the new rush of gamers playing dayz. We have no issue with you DayZ.St and I respect Ersan's ability to manage a growing company.   22. Hey RJ please hear me out on this one. We've really changed for the better. Our updates have been faster, average ticket response time has dropped below 12 hours (used to be 24 hours). We now have more staff, and a better overall business plan with a moneyback guarantee. We have the newest BEC and DayZAntihax as well as support for the newest maps such as Namalsk .73 and Taviana 2.0 We have tons of happy customers right now. We're adidng DayZ+ and an awesome new admin map tool. We're really doing the best we can to provide our customers with the support that they deserve. We have a new forums and guides and tutorials that are more detailed than what any other server host offers to my knowledge. Guides on how to edit the MySQL database specifically to ones liking. I am very sorry if you had a bad experience with our hosting but please understand that we have changed. We listenned to what people like you were telling us in the forums and we've slowly changed for the better.
