I agree that it is not right to generalize everyone's issues, but please consider the possibility that we have changed from when you were hosting with us many months ago. We have recently upgraded our server hardware and we no longer use Dual E5-2620's. The 2620's aren't the greatest CPU's to use for DayZ or any arma game server for that matter due to the low clock speed (2.0 Ghz). I am sorry if you feel we have wronged you in any way. Since you were a former customer of ours, I'll gladly offer you a free 2 week trial of your choice. We're not sucking up to you, just trying to show that we really have changed and we would love the opportunity to prove it to you. I completely understand if you are not interested. Your server host does not need any additional information. We send a ZIP file containing the changes and instructions on how to apply the changes.

I'm not sure what you're referring to, but Sporkulus made this Antihack completely by himself. Any experience you may of had with our hosting should not deter you from this product. We are simply helping to offer the anti hack to anyone with a dayz server. I offered legitimate proof with a server IP for you to join. The server is owned by Sporkulus, not us.

Maintenance Notice: We are expanding and improving our servers in Dallas, North Carolina, LA, and our other locations shortly after. You will be emailed with the expected downtime (very minimal). Servers are being upgraded with 4x 15,000 RPM Hard drives in Raid 10, speeds up to 500 MB/s. These upgrades will drastically improve server restart times, start up times, and decrease desync during peak hours. This also allows for quicker installs of all updates and better overall server performance.

I am not sure what server you were hosted on, but we have had a few servers lately running at 60 people with no issues. If that was not the case for your server, it is likely you were on one of the old drives before we started upgrading some of our servers this month. With our recent expansion into Arma 3 we have made thousands of dollars of server improvements in the month of March (including newer, faster HDD's at 15,000 RPM and we have also added more E3's and a few other high performance Intel servers.)

You are being very immature, and taking my words out of context. Are you choosing to ignore the part where I said, "We actually now have more E3's than E5's."? Just because I did not mention anything about Higher clock speed = higher fps/ticks, does not mean we do not know anything about this. You say: "The overall usage means diddly squat." I'm not sure where you get your information, or how you would even be able to confirm any of what you said to be true. We have all kinds of servers both big and small. We actually now have more E3's than E5's. But that is besides the point. What you are saying about an E5 "simply cant do it" that is not true at all. TayTayTheKiller is most likely having an unrelated issue that I will definitely look into. We never overload our E5's, most of them are sitting at 30 % CPU and RAM usage.

That's what I'm talking about! I barely ever see 60 players in a server anymore! But then again I do not have the opportunity to actually sit down and play very often with all of the testing I do. -Chad (SS Co-founder)

UPDATE 3/14 We have gotten many requests to bring our DayZ server hosting to Seattle over the past few months. I am happy to say that we now offer game servers hosted in Seattle for the same pricing as all of our other locations.

We have not done Raid 1, that was a typo. For much better performance, we have decided to simply add the brand new 7200 RPM hard drives as a separate drive. Example: A Dual Xeon E5-2620 with 16 game servers running will need more than one 7200 RPM drive. We like to stay at about 5-6 servers per each hard drive to ensure the best performance. Actually, we do have arma 3 wasteland servers working on multiple machines. It just took a little bit of fiddling around :)

1.) Our average response time has now fallen below 10 hours and we have stats to prove this. Any tickets that took longer would only be because of an ongoing issue that we are aware of and working on a fix. 2.) Our map tool does not "lag to shit" any issues you had with the tool were likely isolated issues with your server alone. We have tons of people using this tool with zero issues (besides minor bugs etc) 3.) "The anti hacks isn't ripped off of SilentWarrior's anti hacks." UPDATE! 1.7.6.1 Chernarus is now available. First check TC Admin Configuration Files >>> Bliss/server.cfg to change the name of the server versions, save both the config and text editor. STOP the server. Step 1 - Uninstall EVERYTHING in the TC Admin MOD manager Step 2 - Then install Chernarus 1.7.6.1 at the very bottom and beta 102285 at the top. No need for Reality/bliss or battleye, we have simplified it all into one file for easier map changing! All future map updates will be very easy with just 1 file and you're done, simply because we now include Reality/Bliss/Battleye with each map install.

We are continuously investigating the issue with vehicles not appearing on some of our customer's servers. We do indeed have the Silent Warrior Anti-Hack tool for sale through our website. The map tool through our DayZ Tools is completely unrelated.
