So me and a guy that I met on these forums played today and it was the first time this game felt intense. I am saying this because of the fact that a few awesomely horrifying things happened the first was we met up on windy mountain and the I log on to play and this guy with a ghillie suit and a LMG is right there needless to say it was pretty tense while we sized each other up. in the end a uneasy peace was made then after I gave this player plenty of warning that I was waiting for my friend to log on here he still decided to freak out and say my friend is a hacker because he teleported. We then told him to back up slowly and we would do the same after a few mins of these we hauled ass away. The worst part was that after about 10 min of running we hear a few gunshots and then a heli flying overhead so we hit the deck and got to cover. The heli left for a while and then came right back near us. We then went hunting and gathered some fresh meat needless to say we are already gearing up for next time. Honestly this is the only way I see that playing dayz will never get boring. The moral is find yourself some people to group with because you will have the best time.

So when I play I try and be a nice guy I give food and drinks and if needed meds. Today around 10 eastern time I logged on and found myself about 10 feet away from a tent. now exciment overcame me ( I recently died) so I crept slowly to the tent the took a look at the gear. I found a side arm and sniper both with a few clips so I grabbed them and I also grabbed a blood pack for thoses needed times. what I want to know is when do you guys find it ok to loot from a random tent you find in the wild. to be honest I felt pretty guilty after I took the items I needed

So I have been playing day z for a bit now and I have yet to find a gun of any type. so I am pretty defenceless and I realized that after the 2nd time of being shot on sight by someone I didn’t even see that I need to team up.
