So it seems like a hacker teleported all the vehicles in a middle of ocean. Is there a way to fix this or does the server need a fresh restart?

Lol all vehicle owners are hackers. . . . Im a solo player and most of my game time is to find a vehicles fix them and hide them in my camp sites. I remember at one point I had 5 bicycles, 1 bus, 1 pbx, 2 offroad pickup, 3 atv, and a Ural spread out in 3 camps in case one gets raided. Ive found choppers too but I usually just blow them up since I dont know how to pilot them. I play on a mid pop server where on day time there's 20-30 people online. I do agree finding parts can be time consuming but you dont have to fully repair a vehicle to drive it. All you need is to do is put the missing tires and a jerry can to fuel it then you drive it to your secured camp. From there, you can take your time finding the other parts. The new version 1.7.2.5 is a bit broken atm since vehicles tend to respawn where it was last found broken so if your really fixated on finding a vehicle and keeping it long term i would suggest playing on 1.7.2.4 or older servers.

I use to only shoot for self defense but 90% of the time I die that way since they got the advantage of getting first hit. Ive met so many people saying friendly on voice chat then shoot a second or two later. I now lean towards the shoot on sight since I dont want to take the chance. However, I do leave people alone that are unarmed or have a hero skin.

Is there any server out there that is 1.7.2.4 that wont be upgrading to 1.7.2.5? The servers that I use to play to all upgraded to the latest one. I dont want to play 1.7.2.5 since I got tired of fixing the same vehicle over and over every restart and the one time save tents.

Yeah this happened a lot on the server I played often, I finally got tired searching for vehicles and fixing them over and over. Imma try find myself a good 1.7.2.4 server see if its better. IMO current version of DayZ sucks due to that despawning vehicles and lost of items in tents.

Does having the latest DayZ version and Arma 2 beta patch allow me to play older version servers?

Having similar problems with DayZ commander I tried downgrading to 1.7.2.4 and change beta version but download failed.

So are most servers that are 1.7.2.5 experiencing despawning tents and emptied out tents after server restarts? I do enjoy fixing up cars and the suspense that some guy is watching me fix it up and shoot me once I'm done so they could take it away but doing that every night I play is kinda tiring. Vehicles despawn even though I save it and tents appearing empty or just plain vanish. Does playing on older version servers stop the despawning or is this just another server specific problem? I know 1.7.3 is coming out soon but there really is no official release other than other people in forums saying it after gamescon.

So my home server has suddenly became laggy and I'm down to 5-10fps. When I go to any other server I get a smooth 60-100fps. Does this mean its a server side problem or can I do something about it?

I wish I have a private server, I just call it a home server cause that is the server I play the most on. Guess only the Admin can fix it.

Hmmm cant seem to find this server. I tried with six launcher and dayz commander and even ingame.

I favor Berezino than Cherno or Elektro. 2 markets and lots of apartments is a plus. Also, there is no good sniper spots with good sight line so its pretty safe from snipers.

I was wondering how do you do a secured trade? Ive seen some people request me to drop them on the ground but from my experience when I drop weapons they disappear 75% of the time. Backpacks are worst when I drop backpacks they just disappear 100% of the time. I want trade items but I dont want to lose my items in the process before the trade finish. Is it wise to set up temporary tent and do it from there?

If I can find one that would be great. I do my daily round to NE airfield, 2 crash heli, Stary, and NW airfield for the last week and still no luck.

So I tried logging in to one of my favorite servers and I get this message BattlEye Banned (you may have cheated). I can still join other server except for US 1726. I really like that server because that is where all my tents and vehicles I've spent hours searching and fixing. I've worked hard on that server to get all my stuff and all legal.. What does it mean? was i banned by admin? banned by battleye? can it be fix?

Figured it was a server admin. Is this even a legal ban? just cause they think i was cheating they ban me? He might as well ban everybody then since they maybe cheating. Its unfortunate but I guess i just have to move on to a different server. *Sigh* Im going to miss my old bicycles, atv, and tents full of scavenge goodies.

Yeah this happened to me too in this server. I dotn know why, I was playing fine then tried logging in this morning and I get the Battleye Banned (you may have cheated) when i try to log in. wish I can talk to admin to get this sorted out. I dont use script or any hax at all.

Is this an admin ban or is this battleye ban? Is there a way to contact an admin on a server 1726 or at least find out who they are? I can stil play other servers but i really like this server since all my stuff is in it. I dont cheat dont know how to script/hack anything in. All my stuff are earned the hard and long way.
