I am now amused and have a smile on my face. -
You need to scroll your mouse wheel down to "Get Out" or "Eject". "Get Out" will only be able if the vehicle is not moving, while "Eject" will be able to use in speed. These options can be accessed by scrolling with your mouse wheel just like everything else.

Big fan of the saw and M14. DMR got me killed many times, I don't really like that one. FAL is a solid weapon too. Nothing beats a good old Kobra. Last line was a joke. -

What about the infected would have one leg half dug down in the ground and just laying there (for example), and takes effect when somebody gets close. Raises up and starts crawling etc.
