This is most excellent news! I wonder how you will make use of the VR4 engine, if the dynamics of the zombies when you shoot them will be better for an example. It will be mostly intriguing to see how Rocket plays this role, how he will counter problems, what will exsist in the game, how will the designs look like, how buggy will it be and how interaction with other people will work. I do really hope he doesnt add any disadvantages for bandits, or even remove the feature... since I think its a fun thing. I hope he keeps the thrill of seeing someone else, and the outmost will and desperation to actually be the one to come out alive. I hope he keeps the nature that the game is more of a revelation of your true behavior, how paranoid can you be, your trust comes to play and the knowlage of whats at stake. And how many weapons will there be? well anyway great news! just hope my pc will cope with this or that I'll buy a new one till then.

I'd say buy it now. As I've read above me everyone agrees with me. And also, Arma is a fantastic game, even without DayZ. So I highly recommend you to buy Arma II: CO off from steam for a very low price. You get a good game with a good DLC and aferwards when you installed DayZ, an awesome mod.

Just because you found a rare and cool new weapon doesnt mean you have to pick it up, it would actually be smarter to leave it. Ever thought of that the ammo is rare too?

Next time you're finding yourself wanna quit because of hackers... just suck it up and seek revenge... bust there asses, find out who they are and get them banned. Then eventually you have a 12 year old in a distant country cring thinking the world is a cruel and unfair place that wont allow him to be cheating ass-hat. Eventually you even though him a lesson for the rest of his life about being the biggest dick of all since you showed him it do has consequences. A hero is you. No but seriously suck it up and get revenge.

Haha well I had similar events happen to me, though not with such high ranked drop. Though I do hope you did not pick up that Bizon if it dident have any Ammo for it. Sure this may be one bad ass kind of a weapon, but one needs to keep in mind of how rare the ammo actually is. So basicly picking a Bizon is like picking up something that you know will get expierd in a lil while and will eventually be replaces by a Winchester, Enfield or perhaps a trustworthy M16/M4. Come to also think that the FN FAL doesnt have much ammo either, but who cares its 20 rounds of pure death and destruction.
