Warz at the moment seems to only be a, we're gonna have this and that, and a hole bunch of that!!! When in reality they only have photo shopped pictures that is supposedly from the game.

Shoot first or get shot. At one time (To a degree) people based their decision in the game off what they would do in a real situation. Almost none do that anymore. It's a new ball game of survival.

Did you run arma 2 and arma 2 oa before you ran the mod?

This happened to me. I had good survival gear, I joined a server, and it said I was dead. I was ticked. I ended up later in the day getting an m16 I think, a m1911 with several mags, an alice pack, and a lot of other good gear. The next day when I got on it said I was dead. It sucks for this to happen man but all games have their problem. Plus it's a free mod.

I collected enough gear to survive the entire game in the woods and never leave the woods if I wanted. Then some hackers showed up and killed me. I got over it. Yes I put a lot of effort into that gear but those type things you just can't help. The mod is free so what do you expect? A perfect game free of hackers? Well if that is the case, buddy, your living in a fantasy world.

Hmm I'm near Electro right now. I think I could risk dying. I won't be able to get on Dayz for a couple hours though.

Don't get attached to your gear. End of story.

Possibly reinstall six launcher. I suggest Dayz Commander. It is much better. Try launching Dayz with Dayz Commander first.

The reason you couldn't kill them is because that's a weak gun. I've killed people more easily poking them with a stick than hitting them with that gun.

You could, it would be a painful task, take the items out one by one, and dropped them somewhere where they can't be reachieved. That the best advice I can give. I'm sure others might have better advise.

I got held hostage by a hacker before. My suggestion is, and this is only because it's a hacker, if you're 100% sure that it is a hacker holding you hostage, abort. In my opinion, that is the only time to have a legitimate excuse to abort. He's cheating and it's not fair for you to die because of his cheating.

I think I saw it on the forums. I might be completely wrong though on the information.

There will be a cap but it will be a much higher cap. I think 250 player cap. Not sure though.

It was a guy that had a lot of good gear who died. Not a hacker.

Did you kill that guy? You hit him twice with a 50 cal but I didn't see him go down.

I had this happen to me. The only way it got fixed was by dying.

I've had those experiences happen to me far too many times. I found a glitch though, if you go swimming and then get back on land, your broken bones go away.

So one day me and my friend were on a server we thought we could make our official one. We had been on it several times and hadn't had a problem. Well one day some hackers came on and pinned us in a barn. They actually tped to us. My friend who is a big coward on this game logged off immediately. I stayed on thinking that it was cool that I was being held hostage (At the time we didn't know they were hackers). They were telling me to tell my friend to get back on. I thought they were bandits who wanted me to give them my gear. Turns out they didn't. They just wanted to kill my friend for some unknown reason. Well I lagged out, got back on, and they tped to me again. I had an unconscious glitch for some reason. So they thought I was dead and shot me to be sure. Well they were wrong. My friend got back on and got shot because he, quote, "Wasn't doing what he was told to do." So I re spawned and was heading to find my gear when they showed up. I was new to the game at the time so I thought, oh dang I must be close to my body if they got here this fast. They got out and held me hostage again. However this time they were telling me they wanted to give me gear. They put down an ammo crate (At the time I didn't realize this was hacking. I thought it was just some amazing item I didn't know about) and told me to grab what I wanted. I got a bit of gear and then they left. They said don't die because you aren't getting this again. So I was heading through some woods and got to a barn. Ran into a lot of zombies and started shooting them with my g17. The hackers showed up again asking if I needed help. I asked for another ammo crate (At the time I didn't know what it was called so I just called it, the thing that gives me what ever I want) and they gave it to me. I got some really good weapons. I had too many items to count by now. They then said, get in that bus. Outside the barn was a bus. Well as I was about to get in it I lagged out again. I decided to call it a night. Didn't want to loose all that new gear. A couple days later I find out that those were hackers and hacked gear. So with a, "This is no fun, it ain't legit attitude." I thought about what to do with my gear. I decided to run into Cherno while singing the gummy bear song and see how long I lived. Well I got on a high amount of players server and started running around singing. Got shot at a couple times but the shots missed terribly. Then I went into a tall building and changed servers because they weren't enough where I was. Got on a new one and kept on singing. I headed down stairs and decided to check a room. A player with a makarov was in there. I don't like player killing and wanted to die anyways, but out of natural habit I unloaded on him on full auto. He dropped dead while I only took a single shot. Turns out he was a bandit so I didn't feel bad about killing him. He had a DMR but besides that nothing that was of any good to me. I went back upstairs (I've been singing this entire time) looked out a door, and got sniped. Dropped dead immediatley. I didn't care though. I didn't want that gear.
