I like the idea a lot. One thing I was thinking about that could make the zombies an even bigger threat is if they could do a lot more damage to you when they hit you. Kind of like in chernarus apocalypse. Maybe not kill you in three hits but still do more damage. That along with diseases would make them a real threat. -

You got a good load out for a beginner. For the first couple weeks I played this game I was lucky to find a gun at all. I was super cautious about everything and scared beyond my wits about other players.

^This. If also just want to play normal Arma do this. Not many people play on Arma II anymore. Most people play on Arma II OA. If you're looking for a good vanilla server I suggest =7Cav= They have a very well run server which focuses a lot on teamwork and real tactics.

Which do you prefer between the M4 or M16?

M16 for me. It has longer range and from playing Arma, I can generally hit someone from 200-400 meters with the M16. I can't do that as easily with an M4. -
As Derpy said it really depends on the person who spots you. When ever I see a new spawn or someone with little gear, I let them go even if they are a bandit. If the person is more geared out I will shoot him if I feel threatened. It just really depends on the person who sees you.

You went up for the wrong reason. The spirits know your plans. You have to go without the motivation of study. I went up to loot and got screamed at by a 3 year old demon child.

Try running the games on the admin account and not just running them as administrator. That's what I had to do.

No the great Allah hacked into the server and banned you because he wasn't pleased with you just killing a few people. He wanted you to kill the entire server like the hackers do. Didn't you go to the briefing mission first? -

If you're only interested in playing DayZ and nothing else, then I say no. If you want to play more than just DayZ then it is totally worth it.
