I don't think the backpack sizes should get reduced but I do like the weapon idea. I've heard some talk though about the possibilities of stripping a weapon down and placing it in your pack. That idea and yours I like. Idk if anyone has seen a real AS50 but they're about 3-4 ft long and I doubt would be fitting into a backpack so easily. Slinging or stripping it down would be a lot more realistic than it being in your backpack.

I believe this predator you're referring to is the bloodsucker. Unless you couldn't see it then it might of been a hacker. I haven't play Namalsk in a while but I heard it is more difficult now because of the bloodsuckers. Though I have no clue what they look like or how they act. It will probably take practice and stealth to get used to it. Don't rage quit on it. If you don't want to play on the map they're several others to choose from.

Now that I'm signed up I can't say I'll KOS but if you have some gear I want, you might get shot :P Btw I'm still trying to get use to TS so I might have some issues communicating at first. Someone pmed me on it and I have no clue who.

I believe it's just BattlEye thinking you have a scripted item. If I'm right there is nothing to worry about. I don't know for sure if I'm right though.

Balota Buddies sounds like the type of server that is friendly and nice and everyone helps each other. Maybe that's why the bandits stay away. The name is too loving :P

I've never heard of a hacker spawning gear into a player's inventory before. If this is true I believe you should be fine but I can't guarantee it.

Did you run Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA as administrator first?

I've found two L85s in the past two weeks. The first one I found acted like a normal one but the second one I found was completely black except when I picked up a heat signature. Maybe certain ones are glitched? Idk if that's possible or maybe it could be the server?

I'm just adding on to what Welch said, 1) Respawn. You loose everything when you die and have to start over 2) Most people KOS now sadly. I generally don't unless it's a bandit. 3) You can move the tents, yes, they're actually pretty useful for quick re-gearing along with holding extra items. Just make sure you hide your tent(s) well. 4) Go to the Clan Rec. Section, here: http://dayzmod.com/f...up-recruitment/ 5) They're somewhat hard to find, yes. Suppressed weapons are weaker but of course more silent. So decide for yourself if their worth it. 6) You can drive that old car to infinity and beyond. Just make sure you have fuel and repaired parts for the car. Jerry Cans hold fuel and are what you use to refuel. You fill up jerrycans at gas tanks. 7) Just don't ask if there are friendlies in Elektro/Cherno. (It never works.) Be careful. You're probably going to die a lot at first. Most importantly, NEVER and I mean NEVER download hacks or become a script kiddie

The reason you get so much hate is because script kiddies, like you once were, ruin the game for us who like to play legitly. Just a few days ago I was scavaging Elektro when everyone on the server got teleported to one location and the hacker started shooting everyone. A guy with end game gear and I ran into the woods to wait till everyone was dead in hopes of getting what gear we could. Moments later everyone got teleported a second time and the other player and I weren't lucky this time. We both got killed. I didn't care because all I had was a makarov but I felt terrible for the other guy because he just lost everything. That story and many more is what makes us hate hackers and why you get so much hate.

I agree with Welch. Not cool to shoot at new spawns. But the video was entertaining to take my beans.

That name calling imo was uncalled for. I agree it's not pleasant to here someone eating but calling them a fatty doesn't help the situation.

Don't worry it's not hacks or anything. It's just Battleye thinking you have a scripted item or something like that. If no one responds with how to fix it I'll pm you later on how to when my friend (Who easily knows how to fix it) gets on skype.

I know there is something called the Monkey monitor. I've seen it on a few servers but it always seems to be something that gets turned on and off. US 1992 has had it on a few times. Though it usually doesn't.

Agreed. Even just firing a sniper rifle in Elektro or Cherno can make some people believe you're hostile even if you're just trying to protect bambis. I've done counter sniping before and you always want to make sure you have at least one person watching your back incase someone sneaks up and tries to kill you.
