L85. It is one of the most powerful ARs in DayZ, looks sexy, pretty accurate, and the holographic site is real nice.

Now, Apple, I actually like this idea you have here. It would be cool to see but like Fraggle said, the survivors are immune to infection. However if something changes in SA and survivors end up not being immune, then this idea would be really cool to see.

I thought that stuff in the debug fields despawn after server restarts.

My two friends and I were flying our chopper around looking for a place to hide it when another chopper comes from behind us. At the time we didn't know how many people were in it but we just wanted to leave. We had just gotten the chopper and didn't want to loose it. Well the other chopper starts shooting at us. Our pilot tries to out maneuver but gets shot by the enemy chopper's gunner. Seconds before the chopper crashes I let out one more burst of fire and manage to kill one of their gunners. I eject and barely survive the chopper crash but the explosion of the crash knocks me out. My second friend had ejected moments before and was fine. After about a minute and a half unconscious timer, I finally wake up. However the enemy chopper is landing to check out my friend's body. My other friend was trying to get in position to shoot them. I couldn't see the chopper pilot through the bushes I was behind so I aimed where I assumed the pilot was and shot every round in my DMR mag. After shooting I go to change positions and notice three bodies on the ground. My friend and I approach the bodies. My friend pops each one in the head with his M1911 to make sure they're dead. Turns out I killed three guys just firing threw those bushes. We start looting when I see a fifth guy come from the woods. I take him out a few moments later with my DMR. After looting everything we had several good guns. I believe a few machine guns, 2 M107s, a couple M4s, and a few other guns I can't remember off the top of my head. And we got their chopper too which had Radar. We hit the jackpot. We lost one man but got so much gear.

If you're going to want to play again then you'll first have to delete all Arma 2 and DayZ files off your computer. Second, you will have to purchase a new copy of combined operations on a NEW steam account. Third, once you have finished installing Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA, you will have to delete your old RegEdit. I can't guide you through on how to do it but there are some youtube videos that can. Fourth, you will need to run steam as administrator so it will update your new Regedit. Then finally you will need to install DayZ commander and get back to playing DayZ.

Trust me, you don't want to see the pics. It was horrid. I was there. Not really And I ain't ever going back.

Yeah I'm hoping they improve the sounds in Stand Alone. I love the JSRS sound mod and I'm glad the Private Hive I play on has it enabled. Would be nice to hear sounds as well done as JSRS in SA.

Yeah, Rocket has briefly talked about improving hunting in SA. Like you said I highly doubt it'll ever be taken as far as this hunting game but it will surely be improved on. I'd like to actually have some challenge when it came to hunting animals. The animals are border line retarded as it is right now.

For the most part hackers are still quite a big issue on public hives. As other have said, Private Hives do have a lot of abusive admins and ones that abuse their admin tools. However not all private hives have abusive admins. Two good Private Hives I suggest are, Balota Buddies, http://balotabuddies.net/ which is my favorite private hive. Great community and great admins. Or you can check out http://dayzca1.com/ which is run by a good friend of mine.

^This. From the game footage the devs posted it looks like they have improved the graphics a bit but haven't completely changed them. I do know that they are remodeling some stuff so it will look better but I wouldn't expect a huge graphical change.

OP I suggest you watch some DayZ videos. Sidestrafe played quite a bit of DayZ and I learned a TON from watching his videos. Though his videos are a bit old they should still be able to teach you quite a bit. Also watching DayZ tutorials will help even more. Especially if you're like me where you learn stuff more easily by watching and seeing than by reading. Here is a link to Sidestrafe's DayZ series:

Not everyone's computer is good enough to play and record DayZ. I can just barely play record and play DayZ and I get about 10-15 fps when I do. And OP, if you use steam you can take screen shots with F12. If you're using DayZ commander though you will have to use a third party program. It would be nice for the devs to add the ability for us to take screen shots but it shouldn't be a priority.
