There was nothing wrong with what you did. He shot at you first. Since you were both heros it makes it twice as bad that he shot. I say enjoy the gear and good luck.

Your choice. SA will most likely be out within the next couple months like a few others have said. Unless there is some type of delay or issue, I highly doubt it will be after October. If you have the cash for Arma, go right ahead. There are a lot of fun mods and game modes for Arma 2.

Well since there some public hives still on 1.7.6, you could try joining one of them. They removed all .50s in the newest update so maybe you had one on you? I don't know if that would cause the issue though. -
Hmm well it is possible that there is a file lingering around somewhere on your computer that is keeping your cousin's data and information. There are a lot more files involved in Arma than just Arma named files. Have you tried changing your Regedit for Arma 2? It is required for when you purchase a new copy of Arma CO.

I don't think leaves would be capable of stopping bullets unless the bullet went through a ton of branches and leaves. I don't know if Arma is that realistic though.

This is something I've wanted for a while. Maybe in SA you could do some kind of wiring to connect speakers to the outside of vehicles.

Have your friend try using DayZ commander instead. Sounds like it could be a problem with Play withsix.

I haven't used Play withSix in ages. Does it allow you to play using Steam? Like how DayZ commander lets you play using steam.

There is no such thing as a bullet proof bush. I've shot people through bushes countless times. Sounds like you missed him. I would NOT use burst on the M16 unless it's CQB. It throws your aim off big time. @Fraggle it could of been a hacker but like I said, burst on the M16 throws accuracy off quite a bit.

He/she stated that they have tried it on different public hive servers. OP, I've never heard of this issue before. Have you tried googling anything on it?

Do you need to repair every part of a heli to be able to fly?

You don't need everything to be fully repaired to fly but I suggest that you do have everything fully repaired. If you are unable to get everything fully repaired then the most important thing is the glass. If all of the glass is not fully repaired the chopper will leak fuel. -

I personally am just a fan of skins. I prefer getting all my weapons and items and legitly. Not spawning in with them every time I respawn. -

I've had one and it was a while back when I was a bandit. I remember being in some field. Not sure where the field was. It was night and I saw someone a couple hundred meters infront of me. I was with a friend but I don't remember who. The guy I saw fired a round and killed my friend. I took cover behind a bush. I didn't have a gun and was terrified. I hugged the grown and clawed my hands into it, trying to stay as low as possible. After a while the guy who shot my friend left and I woke up shortly later. -
