The 1944 mod is amazing. It has to be the second best Mod I've played. ACE taking first.

Not some bad ideas. I'm really looking forward to what they do with vehicles in SA. I'm really hoping we'll be able to lean out windows and shoot.

I remember having a glitch like that happen to me and my friend. It was in a doorway and we were never able to retrieve our gear.

They would only be able to use royalty free music or music they get permission to use in game. I agree with Welch. Why not use itunes?

I don't understand that logic. I know a lot of people who bought Arma 2 for DayZ and are going to buy SA.

Who replaces the vehicles and choppers after they blow up? Who disposes of all the dead bodies after restart? What is the meaning to life?

Don't trust these articles that say when SA will be out. Many say that SA will be out at a certain time and then it never happens. Wait for Rocket himself to state when it is coming out.

It would kind of be cool but I'm not a big fan of it. I've always liked how you the player could essentially make up everything for your character. You made the decisions, and essentially the character is you in a way. I think it might be cool if you could either, choose your background, choose to get a random one, and have the ability to not choose one at all.

Since we still don't have an idea of when SA is going to be out, I'd say go ahead and get it if you want.

You have to do it next to a fuel tank. It makes the explosion so much larger.

I'm against the idea. If there were to be any form of player trading zone, then I would want it to be one that players have set up and maintain. Otherwise I'm fine with how trading normally goes in vanilla. Meeting up with someone, trading weapons/times, and then parting ways afterwards.

OK listen carefully please. 1. You need to delete all Arma files off your computer along with all DayZ files. Make sure that what ever program stole your key is gone too. 2. Change your Regedit 3. After re installing Arma 2 and Arma OA, run steam as administrator by right clicking on steam and choosing to run as administrator. 4. Run Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA 5. Re install DayZ. Edit: You still have yet to state how you lost your key. An explanation would be nice.

When you change the regedit, you change your CD key. On your friend's steam account, you need to make sure you run steam as administrator before running arma 2 and arma 2 oa.

No, it is not that simple. Steam is still going to use your CD Key even though you are on your friend's account. You have to delete all arma files off your computer and then change the Regedit. You also need to make sure that what ever stole your CD key is no longer on your computer. Sometimes just deleting the program isn't good enough.

I'd still play it. I'd miss 3rd person but it wouldn't stop me from playing SA.

The beta patch is just what version Arma is. Unless otherwise stated, you always want to make sure you are running the latest beta patch. As far as the build version goes, you want to have the build version that the server you are playing on has.

DayZ Epoch is a modded version of DayZ. Modception. Epoch adds a lot of extra stuff that is not in Vanilla DayZ. http://dayzepoch.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page In Epoch, females have several types of skins they can find. However they are just different variations of the default female skin. Vanilla DayZ has only one female skin. If by DayZ Chern you mean vanilla DayZ, then the link I posted earlier list off the extra things that makes Epoch different than vanilla. Epoch is also available on more than just Chernarus. The mod patch numbers means which version of DayZ/DayZ epoch it is. Epoch is still DayZ, but just a modded version of it. Hope that answers your questions.

Epoch is available for several maps. Not sure if you can destroy the bases though.
