There is a difference between admins abusing their powers, and admins using their powers to help the server and or make advertisements for it. I wouldn't consider what the admins did in Statik's video to be abusive. The video I posted down below however is an example of admins abusing their power(Not musty's admins though). Before I joined musty I use to play on a server called CA #1 Gaming. To be honest the only reason I stuck around on that server for so long was because my clan played on there. I saw frequent admin abuse, money hungry admins, and straight up lazy adminship. In this video, the two main admins spawned in satchel charges to blow up players going to and from Electro. There were many more people who were killed by the satchels later on. The admin that recorded the video, continued to use those satchels he spawned in, for another several months. You're signed up on a hacker/cheater website. If you hacked on DayZ then you got what you deserve. You wouldn't get banned for nothing so I'd bet that you did hack.

YES! I've been planning on using the mosin as my main rifle ever since they confirmed it would be in SA. I'm glad I'll be able to put a scope on it.

The difference is that the video you linked isn't a combat situation. That was a guy who was just trying to show off. Like I said though, you have no military experience. You can say all you want that you think what he did was dumb. It is your opinion, but you have no clue what it's like to actually be in that situation. Yes, I don't know what it's like to be getting shot at and in his situation either, but I'm not calling him stupid. It's like when people complain about a football player making a dumb move. You can say that all you want that what he did was dumb but he's out there making millions of dollars while you're there on your couch watching him. As far as military background goes, I obviously am too young to enlist. However there are things like Civil Air Patrol that I participated in a few times. Obviously that isn't the same as actually being in the military but it's along the same lines. On top of that majority of my family has served in the military. My dad was in the Marines. My uncle has fought in the Gulf Wars, and the War on Terrorism and is still currently serving in the Navy. My grandfather on my dad's side of the family was in the 101st Airborne during Vietnam. His father was in the Infantry during WWII. One of my great Uncles was a pilot in the 101st Airborne during Vietnam. My great grandfather on my mother's side of the family was also in the Infantry during WWII and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. So while I personally don't have any real military experience, I have a lot of family who have served and told me stories, taught me stuff, etc.

Please share all your combat experience and knowledge you have. Tell me about how you saved your squad's life and and what tactical movements you made to keep yourself and fellow man alive. Unless you have actually been in a real combat situation, you have no right to tell a real soldier what he did was stupid.

:facepalm: He was trying to draw the fire off his squad. That's why he ran and fired in the open. Please don't comment on something like that when you have no clue what you're talking about.

I could be wrong, but I think Rocket might of talked about this. I think that on top of zombies being able to disarm you, players obviously should be able too also. I'd also like to see features like if your gun gets shot, it can be thrown out of your hands and damaged.

The anticipation for this game is making people go crazy. I think that is something all developers should be jealous of.

Ain't that the truth. I miss those days when I was brand new to the game, had no clue where I was at and a makarov was of value to me.

Something else that would be cool addition is the ability to be blow/kocked off your feat. I imagine that explosives will be extremely rare in SA, but it would be cool if you could get knocked over or even blown off your feat. Like if a RPG round were to hit near you, instead of your character just taking damage and staying still, he/she could take damage from the blast, get thrown off their feet because of the blast, and maybe even take a little damage depending on where they land and how hard they land.

There is indeed quite a bit of PVP but there are also a lot of friendly players on the Musty US server too. You get a good mix of both.

I don't think I can express just how well that fits in a game like DayZ. In Florida we have storms like that sometimes and it is honestly the creepiest thing ever.

Remember when people didn't complain about SA not being out? That hasn't happened yet but when it does it'll be good times.

This has been brought up a lot. Either way I agree with you. I was talking to Cap's and several others about it a few nights ago and everyone said the same thing. They agree that less ammo would just make them more likely to kill someone in hopes that they have ammo. I know that there will be the possibility of damaging gear but in seems like in SA, ammo will be so rare that people will trade bullets for items. @Aporis I see where you're coming from but I still don't think that having less ammo will do anything. It just means that people are going to wait for a more clear shot and not do things like suppressing fire. I'm for trying to find a way to make people not KOS all the time, but I have to agree that ammo probably won't be the thing that greatly reduces it.
