It does seem shitty but I think that's the logical outcome of this game. People try and help each other and get burnt. What if Jim turned around and shot old mate in his back as he was running away after giving him help? That's why this game is so interesting.

With the markarov is usually takes 3 to the body but headshots should usually be 1 shot dead. So aim better! :P -
