    Crossbow sight

I agree thou this thread exists several times over. But nobody suggested an ACOG which to me is a great idea cause it adds range to this otherwise close range poorly iron sighted weapon.

    Bolts : 3 or 5 in 1 slot

I agree, since an ammo clip has multiple bullets its no far stretch that you can stack bolts together tightly with little to no additional storage space needed in real life, hell most crossbows allow for bolts to clip onto it for quick access up to 6 on sides or wings. I adore the crossbow, but if your looting it cripples your inventory. Not a bolt bag per say just a stack, that like an ammo clip has 3 or so ammo count.

    No girl characters?

Dude I've just had like an amazing mental light-bulb. Female survivors and male survivors should be able to use a tent together and then she gets pregnant and becomes a spawn point! X3 in all seriousness thou I am totally on board with the idea.

    Player Revival

The idea behind player revival isn't just a counter to their being bandits, it's to avoid people travelling in groups losing a buddy to an incident, friendly fire, enemy sniper, a 1 hit KO from a zombie, etc... and offering a chance to bring him back without that 1 guy spending hours getting lost in the effort to return to the group only to have missed out on everything. Aside, just cause they remove bandit skins doesn't mean their wont be bandits.

    Combine clips

I have suggested this before, a mod exists that allows the player to manually unload and reload clips so your carrying as few as possible, it would also be nice to allow players to move ammo from say a 9mm MP5 clip into a 9mm M9 clip.

    I can't believe this hasn't been suggested!

There is already silenced weapons in the game...M9SD, MP5-SD etc... and if you mean making ANY gun or pistol silenced, wouldn't work, you'd need silenced ammo for it too and ARMA2 doesn't support active weapon customisation, ARMA3 will thou.
  9. 1. I wholeheartedly agree, and I've stated many times the weapons should be geared towards those that share ammo clips instead of specialise per weapon, cause god forbid if you find an AK or a NATO weapon your chances of finding ammo to go with it are slim and even then you spend more ammo getting to it then you get out of it usually. Having weapons/ammo drop near destroyed military vehicles is something I've constantly thought about, I mean in an apocalypse one of the places you'd look for items is in cars since they'd be stocked up by fleeing civilians or military in first place. 2. Again I agree, right now the only main place to find tents is in the main cities 3 story buildings and that's a massive gamble and huge walk from those of us set-up in the north, having stores around the map even just a few with tent spawn chances would defiantly improve things for us. 3. A good idea, we need more reason to take veterans away from the newbie spawns and two main cities. 4. I often find myself overstocked on food and drink in my skirmishes into towns and on every other zombie, me and my group have often gone on water bottle runs to fill up at a well and return to camp with it, needing to do that is fun and gives us stuff to do. 5&6. I don't really like this idea myself, in respect to players poisoning water, but in regards to sea water, and maybe still water which is dangerous to drink in real life yes, these water sources could follow your idea and need purifying by fire. This would make players actively seek out wells instead of the ocean. 7. as stated above, yes to finding ammo n guns near broken military vehicles. 8. The whistle...ehh I wouldn't use it myself if you could just use a radio or blink a flash-light instead. 9. yes radios would be useful and fun especially if you got them working like in ACRE. 10. technically you can, with a m203 flare, thou it's too rare so yea a flare gun for side-arm just like a torch but for flares. 11. kinda cosmetic really, if your being shot you'll hear the gun, but i suppose being able to tell difference visually would be beneficial. 12. This falls into one of my threads about villages should have generators in them that can be fuelled up and power the area for a few hours if you turn it on, making the street lights turn on and like you've suggested maybe speaker systems and the like. Perhaps players could make noise devices from scavenging a car horn and a battery, theres lots of various ideas about noisy things you could make. 13. I've also made a thread about this one too, I figured you'd need some defibs which would be as common as binocs roughly and for 5 minutes after death you can revive the player at the expenditure of a blood bag. 14. I've supported this suggestion on another thread, not just for tracking bandits but knowing if it's safe or not by seeing the corpses status is very useful, cause if they are warm and murdered you know to get into cover and hide.

    Ghillie Suits

This has been thrown around allot and I figured it would fall in line with some kind of achievement system that unlocks skins. For a ghillie suit for example being a sniper only skin type you should need a certain amount of sniper kills on zombies or players to achieve this, around 1000 zombies or 100 players. For a medic skin for example you'd need to have given a certain amount of heals out, and a helicopter pilot would need to have flown a helicopter however many minutes etc... However I do agree the basic skins right now are a bit boring, and stand out like sore thumbs too much, green clothing at the very least preferably with a camo pattern would be much more suited.

Food, Hunger, and hunting ... oh my!

Simply put, if you log out with no food in your bag your gambling the chances of death by starvation. I'm about to log in myself knowing I had no food on me, and to go on the hunt quickly to get something to eat. I only blame myself really.

Day Z 1.5.2: Give me your answer do

The health regeneration is something my group has discussed and we believe it should be affected by food and drink levels, if you've drank and eaten recently you have MAX regeneration, and as it deterioration you gain less. As an added fall back food and drink should go down quicker if your regenerating health.

Remove the bandit, create the legend

The Main argument for me in the case of skin customisation is for player recognition, if your in a squad you want to be able to define who is who visually by their looks, if they all appear the same it's exceedingly difficult to quickly assess if you know this person or not, it can lead to friendly fire or even thinking a random player is one of your own.

    No girl characters?

If they work and can be made to work without mass effort in scripting, I don't see why not, just don't expect us to stop at every clothes outlet on our looting runs or go into the pharmacy looking for a hygiene product, the other looters would mock us!

    Few Suggestions from me

And having one hit kill guns Vs. Some newguy with a Makarov = fair and balanced? In real life if all you have is a Makarov and your up vs an AK your gonna lose or need to ambush first, aside if push up the health chances are THEY will have more then you will if you just spawned too, making them double as tough. This unbalances the game and what it stands for, which is your all people, zombie apocalypse has broken out, and the only difference between you is how much bloods left in your veins and what calibre are you packing. Changing this would result in a WoW situation where the lil low lvl guy can shoot all he likes at the high lvl but he won't do any damage in comparison.

    Winchester magazines

I think the ammo type is a little too abundant for this single gun, it's all you ever find anywhere and makes it the most sought after gun merely for its high clip size, low sound, plentiful ammo and decent range. I like it and know my group loves it but it seems to get a few too many perks and no drawback.
  19. I like the idea of knowing the name of the corpse, how they died, roughly when they died, and what killed them, this at-least gives you a warning to your own current situation. If the body is cold and dead a few hours you know your fine, if it's still warm and very recent and has a sniper wound you know to get the hell out of there or at-least take cover and be cautious.

    A Nice Spawn System

Tents are Spawn points has already been discussed but what the hell it has fallen behind in the thread and myself I want it to happen so. Yes Tents Should! be spawn points and I think we should have a POLL to settle this argument. Point A - Tents are not common so finding one is a challange in it's own right. Point B - Positioning the tent smartly would involve hiding it, putting it on the airfield itself is stupid cause you can't defend it 24/7 and so it'd be looted dry every time you log-off. Plus the devs could likely make it so you Can't spawn tents close to towns or airfields etc so prevent this. Point C - if your part of a group and you die, and spawn on the coast you waste the next 2-4 hours just finding your way back to camp, missing out on the fun and enjoyment in the game, it isn't overpowered or unfair to spawn on your tent, you still lose your gear. Point D - It's fun, if you have a camp you go hunting for meat to stock, you do runs into town to fill bottles at the well, you stock ammo for guns you don't have yet making them more useful when you do find them, you end up near your friends who can come pick you up if you died recently. Point E - Tents could be stolen, someone could find your tent empty it and take it forcing you to go find another. Or even ensure you always have a guard posted, it adds more to the game then it takes away.
