My surgestion would be a timer, everytime you take damage there's a 30 secound countdown where if you disconect from the server it will mean permanant Master server death. It would greatly reduce (although not entiley get rid off), the problem, but it's short enough window that you should be ok from slightly unstabel server disconects. That or Rainy nights idea would also work assuming the server info is updated fast enough. -

what if evertime you took damage you had a 30 secound timer, if you disconect durring that time it's auto master server death. Servers would need to be more stable though first. Also i dont see why the body can't be 'duped' upon death so that there is a permant version (well for 30 min or so) left in the server. -

it''s a good point, but the game is full (slightly including myself) that wouldnt kill another if theer was a quick way to communicate friendly without taking your finger off the trigger. the PvP is defiently what makes this game, a good mechanic to make it not the only option would hugley improve it though. -
the speed doesnt bother me, how they act like Space Invaders on Coke does somwhat however.

minecraft was fun a year before 'release' but it's a hell of a better game now, much more can be added with out altering the unique core appeal of the game. -

i really wish there were bigger packbacks and the ability to carry more, but until there is can you put your main wepon in a backpack. In my case will my little SMG5sp fit, and if so does anyone know how many slots it would take. Thanks -

what if there was a buttin you could press once your gunsight and or they're center on your screen that would bring up their name. this would stop it being an auto finder, but still firfill the OP (right) needs.

"A guy like me, ex-military, I wouldn't flinch at shooting someone to take his stuff if I needed it. That is my "realism" -- earlier post. That kind of attitude maybe why you are 'ex'-military. Bandits defiently need to be curved, at the very least identifiable. Or to make up that we dont have the movment freedom and ability to speak as in 'real life' dare i say it that the guns perhaps need to be even more inacurate. To make firing one at someone more of a risk, as i understand it even though it's using the ARMA game it's not Soldiers Vs Zombies -
finally found one of these after a lot of hunting, thought i'd try it out. One shot at range and in the open resulted in a satisifing Dead Z but it seemed to bring the whole world down on me 20 zombies appeared from nowhere and i was swamped. The area looked more or less empty before firing. Was that a bug, otherwise i'm staying clear of that rifle in future, 2 days in alive and killed due to that rifle.

It needs to be punished / have reason why it's not a good idea or there needs to be a way to quickly comunicate I've been killed so many times by randoms, that if i see someone tooled up i assume the worst. I recently killed a guy who must have been franticly typing i'm friendly, which made him an easy target , i felt very bad as his frustration when he post said 'why i was typing friendly'. The only reason, i didnt read your message in time, and i wont write one myslef as it leaves you too open. It' still a game with game mechanics, and there needs to be a reason not to kill to mimic the actual reality of not wanting to kill another human rather the n a sprit if this was 'real'

i've noticed that no when i go to my invetory it's as if i have some kind of 'auto fire' on as in the options cycle really quickly. It also makes right clicking anything not work in there, so a death nail if you need to bandage. Dose anyone know what causes this, anyone else have it?

Daytime servers are always overloaded.

it is rather daft especially as the servers are overloaded and nightime is imposible to function unlesss you cheat. Either make the night 'lighter' or much shorter It's a difficult one. One amns Auter vision has given us a game that otherwise would never have been made, but if that one pearson makes stubbon and bad deign descions pritty much nothing can be done about it unless he sells IP. -
If the servers were stable then yes having to 'sleep' to save an exit would be fantastic. But they're not and you'd also have to disable alt +F4

I didnt fire it in a town (although it was close to a small encapment). Drawing the entire attention of all Z's would be fine but seeing as once they have 'targeted' you you cant shake them off no matter what (well unless you cheat and quit out). Even at a disntance 140m they will still come running and won't stop, so it's kind of a counter productive wepon. and 48 zombies latter? even if they weree all headeshots where did you get that much ammo from and where did you store it? -

I didnt find it over loud i was aware that higher caliber firearms do more quickly attract more Z. However it seems in the current build no matter what situation your in it's prefreable not to use it. Due to the almost definate death of firing that rifle. -
Loving this game but I’m also remembering why I hated Arma 2, they incredibly confusing and clunky controls. I'm getting my head around it but I cant find anywhere that tells me how to aim, as in the green rectigal shows up. I had it for my first few games, but now it seems to have vanished. I seem to be constantly shooting from the hip which is a waste of ammo It doesn’t help that I’ve remaped my keys, but does anyone know the name for this binding in the options menu. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
