i keep getting kicked when i try to drink on every server i try it on... restriction 20/21 my drink is flashing so i cant play the game withouth drinking cuse il just die slowly halp

So i logged back in today on a server (last time whas 3 months ago) and i have a Czech backpack with 24 slots? is this because of the update? also my thirtst meter is flashing and i want to drink but evrytime i try i get kicked with the message resctriction 21 Ideas?
