Oh boy, that takes me back. There was a great server running a modded military Namalsk with an awesomely terrifying invisible uber-zombie-beast. Good screams were had 😄

Don't play on this server, it has a very serious problem of dumping you in the ocean with 0 gear but the same blood you had before logging, and rather than putting you back where you logged you simply get told "Find your body". Great admins. Not.

Hello there, been playing dayz on and off for a while now and while Chernarus is fun, I want to try out some of the different maps available. I have the steam version of Arma, running the 103718 beta patch. I installed a number of the maps using DayZ Commander and then found servers for them, but DayZ Commander hates me and only loads up DayZ once, but any attempt to join a server using it afterwards means it just loads up OA and does nothing. When I find servers using the in-game browser (and they don't vanish when I click on them) they all usually say the same thing about content that has been deleted, with lists of various things after that. I managed to connect and stay connected to a server running Utes, but after loading the mission file it then just said "Receiving data" for about 10 minutes. Do I need the DLC to play these maps, or is there some long-winded manaul install I can do that actually lets me try these different maps? :(

Bah! Not only does DayZCommander like removing itself from steam, but it likes resetting itself. Now it works, but i've started getting a 'No entry' error on a .cfg file D:

Logged on UK41 yesterday after having a glorious bicycle ride only to log in today and be instantly killed while loading and then teleported to the wastelands. God. Damn. Hacker. Assholes. /rant Anyway, logged on to UK 113 to find myself by the coast (better than the middle of nowhere at least) but all the colours inverted; trees, grass, the sky, my character, everything that isn't the side HUD ... is that server-side or not, as I've never seen it before and haven't found anything out about it :x
