How about you show us some evidence to back up your testimony? Simply seeing their tents had a lot of gear in them is not a valid reason for banning them. It only takes a short while of farming loot to build up an impressive collection of equipment, and they could have transferred their items in from another server for all we know. Your entire claim sounds fishy to me. Either provide some evidence or unban them.

I've had MANY encounters with other player, being a bandit I naturally try to shoot them. I'd say 80% of everyone I shoot at disconnects.

I was once emptying out the Starry Sobor tents with some teammates, we had a couple snipers on overwatch and someone crouch runs up with a Winchester and stares at me dropping stuff into the piles. The snipers hadn't said anything so assuming he was one of us I continued to empty out the tents, until I hear in side chat... Survivor: Omg Senrain I love you for not shooting me I then inform him that the snipers have their crosshairs on him and that he should really join our teamspeak channel. He helped us empty out the tents, and later succumbed to someone managing to run up undetected (Seriously snipers, wtf.) and riddling him with bullets before we could jump down his throat.

On top of the really high building waiting for snipers to log in. I'm looking over the edge and decide to crouch. Start running dive animation. I panick, complete U-TURN. Breath a sigh of relief that I don't die, in that moment a sniper logs in behind me and shoots me.

The M14 AIM is a battle rifle, and also one of the best PVP guns in the game in my experience. It's powerful, accurate, high capacity, and has great range. No, it's not a sniper rifle but it's definitely one of the best choices you can make in picking a PVP weapon.

I server hop all the time. On the hill with an axe. To give the snipes a little surprise. An axe to the back of the head. Surprise!

I've had some pretty great runs with an axe. Scored 13 murders with one life, using only the axe.

You may have joined a private server which are not connected to the HIVE database, so you started a new character. If you toggle Battleye to YES in the filters you should be able to join a HIVE connected server and still have all your items.

Okay, I've been hunting snipers in the hills surrounding Elektro. The latest bandit fad seems to be going to the coast and sniping flashlight warriors, so there has been an abundance of snipers lately. So I figured this could be very profitable for me and score me some good karma as well. So I wait on the other side of the hill overlooking the town and wait for sniper fire, I then creep up behind them and kill them, clean shot to the back of the head in most instances. They can see that their character has gone limp so they go with their first instinct. ALT-F4! Even though the message pops up that they were killed, and I can see blood spurting out of the hole in their head their body disappears, robbing me of the loot that is rightfully mine. No, it's not lag. No, I am not a shitty shot. I've racked up a kill count of about 30 so far. It's happened with every single person I've killed. That's right, I've been robbed of enough gear to supply an entire clan with high tier long range death dealing weaponry. The only reason I'm still camping this god damned hill is because I have a small glimmer of hope that one of these dicks will take their death like a champ and I can finally head up to NWAF where the real action is to be found. TL;DR Fix corpses disappearing on disconnect, 30 trips to the NWAF worth of gear lost, very butthurt snipe hunter.

Go to filter in the server browser, set battleye required to YES. Your problems should stop now.
