Lol sounds pretty funny. Something like this happened to me before. I was in the school/office building in Elektro and after looting the second and third floor I ran down to the first. Out of nowhere a zombie just falls through the ceiling and goes aggro on me.

was it on 1.7.2.6? If so then it should be saving. I have 3 vehicles on my server including a helicopter and they all save no problem. The only problem they seem to have is after a server restart they lose all the fuel in their tanks, but other than that they save location and gear fine. Edit: Try restarting the server again, My friend told me that sometimes when my server restarts automatically it doesn't spawn any vehicles or tents, but a second restart usually does the trick.

So as the title says I am stuck unconscious. I cannot do anything and won't wake up. This has happened to me before but i was killed by some zombies. I'm not sure what I can do except wait for a friend or someone else to kill me, or epi pen me. If anyone would like to help me, or tell me some things I can try to become conscious please post. :) PS. If anyone would like to help me, I would be willing to give you free gear. Anything I have you could have. I have a camp set up with a few vehicles and tents filled with a ton of gear.

with the newest release you can actually get rid of the entire hud or just the debug if you wish. -
DIe, you should respawn with 0 humanity. Just work your way up from there :) My current humanity is 4906 so close to getting that hero skin!

I've been killed there about the same as I have been killed in Cherno/Elektro. Not quite safe enough. now Petrovka north of the nw airfield. That seems pretty safe to me! I'll hang there anyday. -
I would have to say the Graphical Glitches! I have played the game so long with them that I have forgotten what most of the map is supposed to look like.

Does anyone think that switching my server to a private hive would be worth it? It only costs $5 more than what I am paying at the moment, but is it even worth the switch? What are some pros and cons of a private hive? Thanks to anyone that can help me decide.

DMR no questions asked! Both a two shot body kill. The DMR can be used with night vision, and the ammo it a lot more common than the SVD. Although I would just take the SVD to look badass when I have my ghillie on.

I have a pretty crappy connection here, so hosting my own is completely out of the picture, My connection sometimes gets so bad that I have to wait around 3 mins just to buffer a youtube video, and begin watching.

I would say you can play it, probably at a choppy framerate but at least you can play. My friend used to only play on a old 2002 laptop. It was playable but not very enjoyably. I would recommend upgrading, or if you have the money purchase a new pc. My specs: Amd FX-6200 3.80 ghz Radeon HD 7970 G-Skill 16gb ram I can play the game everything maxed with no fps drops below 80. Only cost around $700.

I would use the in game server browser rather than the dayz commander. A lot of the time for me it glitches up and only shows a few servers or none at all. You can go to settings in Dayz commander and click launch Dayz now, then go to multiplayer. In the mission type DayZ and in hose type the number of the beta patch you are on. As for the zombies they do run really fast. You can keep running and they won't hit you, or run through some type of house of building. They get stuck and walk slow through buildings. -
If HFB has what Vilayer does where all the servers share the private hive I will probably buy it. If not then I may switch from HFB to Vilayer.

I use HFB servers. Still not too sure if I should. What Box said about the weapons only being on that server never even crossed my mind. :| Guess I have a lot to think about.

Kind of annoying not being able to suicide

They want the game to be *Realistic* they should have a suicide button, lol maybe even some animation to go with it shooting yourself, cutting your wrist etc. -

Go all out on a mass killing spree, if you die then just start again. I got bored of the game when I had a character alive for aver 3 weeks, nearly 5k zombie kills and not a lot to do. I just geared up went on the highest populated server I could join and turned to banditry. After I had gotten a ton of kills I finally died. I started fresh and have had so much fun since. Also I spend a lot of time fixing vehicles since they aren't saving correctly. That usually keeps me busy and going on an adventure to go find parts. -
Hiding bodies would be better if after you hit it the files would go away. I usually hide bodies just to cover my tracks so no one knows I was there. I wouldn't say it is a dick move either. If I kill someone then i am going to take all I can off their body and then hide it. Why would I leave some gear on a body so someone else could come grab it and possibly kill me with what I left.

What kind of zombies should be in DayZ

It sounds cool to have either one, maybe even both. The undead zombies make it seem like a original zombie survival, and the Crazies or sick people seem like would be something cool to have in the game. I really can't make up my mind which I would want more, they both seem good! -

I don't think they should change a thing, I have never been spawn killed, and don't know anyone that has. It's not like you are going to be losing all of your gear, and respawning again will only take a few mins. -
primary weapon to weapon in bag

I have only lost a weapon once when swaping from primary to sniper, it only happened the one time and was in a early beta patch on 1.7.2.3 so I think you will be fine.
