Or you could go to high loot areas and scavenge to gear up. It has never failed me to go to towns and gear up :P

Happened to me many, many times. Hackers ruin this game but you just have to move on, and keep going. If you want I could give you some gear to get you started. I have plenty.

go to your options, then game options and it's at the bottom. (DayZ UI) You can choose to have the debug on or off.

This is true, I think it should be easier to get an infection. I have been to the point where I was freezing and coughing, but after warming up there was no problem. Never had the need for the antibiotics so they just take up space in my truck. -
A while back on this server I found a camp. Ural, V3S, Uaz, just about every descent vehicle in the game. I searched them, and wow was I supprised. each truck filled with every single gun in the game, and a lot of scripted in guns. The one truck had some satchel charges inside. I lined up all the vehicles and blew them all to hell. I'm sure it made that little hacker mad, but he'll probably just do it all again. Server was US 100 new jersey. I believe it has been taken down now.

Take a trip to each hospital, go from Cherno to Elektro, all the way down to Berezino. You will find at least one. My friends and I usually hop in the helicopter and go all over the map to gear up. Get medical supplies, guns, etc. They are not hard to find when you check all of the possible locations :P -

It might be Battleye. A lot of the time when friends and I try to join a server. I get kicked for battleye client not responding. Usually joining back does the trick. If it isn't Battleye then I'm not sure what could be the problem. Have you altered any of the .pbo files in the Dayz folder? -

If my heli didn't lose all it's fuel I would be more than happy to give you a lift, but unfortunately it would take too long to refuel. -
Sounds like a good idea in my opinion. I would like to be able to craft a wooden crate for storage. I think it would make my camp look nicer having that instead of tents.

No I don't dupe or hack, by a plenty I mean I have about 4-6 packs. That is enough for me and my squad. We have had them for ages but never seem to need them. They just sit around and collect dust. They really aren't hard to find, Traveling from Elektro to Cherno I found about 2-3 packs. :P -

I happen to really like the rain, especially at night. It makes it all seem creepier, I like going out hunting/zombie killing in the dark, rainy nights. -

Well I have an entire camp with a ton of guns, just about 2 of every gun in the game. 4 as50, 3 m107, night vision, rangefinders, just about everything except a mk. 48, and a walkie. what do you have in mind? I have plenty of antibiotics, but Don't have any dew. I would love to have a dew just to make my friend jelly :) -
You sir are a true survivor. I would have probably just waited to die in the ocean rather than swimming!

Its going to be fun filling that huey every six hours.. Takes about 20 mins to do all 50 jerry cans. Sounds like fun, right? -

If this is the same "Shacknews" server I'm thinking of, I was banned from it a while back. One of my first times playing Lingor Island. There was a admin online and a bunch of people talking smack about joining the Teamspeak server and the admin said no. The admin then banned everyone that was on the server at the time including me. I was just minding my own business looting. I'm not sure if it the same server, but the name is the same. I will go on in a bit after I re download lingor and see. If so please unban me. Ghillie suit drop only from..

You should be able to take a ghillie off a dead body. There have been so many times where I have died, or I have killed a bandit, and wished I could take the ghillie off their body as my own. Also a zombie dropping it would be a nice feature. Maybe any military zombie has a small percentage, and the heli crash pilots have a higher percentage. -
After a server restart a friend and I flew around for over an hour searching for heli crashes. We couldn't find a single one. We went to most of the spawn locations listen in the map below, but still had no luck. Are they even rarer spawning now, or did we just have some really bad luck? Map used: http://southcoastbea...d-Heli-Map1.jpg Edit: In the previous 1.7.2.4 and 1.7.2.5 I had no problems finding heli crashes, I would find about one or two each scheduled restart.

Flying in a heli across almost the entire map, just about every open field and nothing. I used the map but still traveled over a huge area going from place to place. I figured I would have seen one. -

Found my first ever mountain dew about a month back, it was inside the office/school building in Elektro. Around a hour after finding it a hacker came onto the server and killscripted everyone. I haven't seen one since. :(

I have seen the offroad white pickup truck at stary a number of times now. At first I thought someone had parked it up there and left it but now I'm convinced that is is spawning there. Maybe a bug or just a new spawn?
