1. DayZ* 2. Work on your settings/options, view some FPS increasing tutorials. 3. Your laptop should give you around 40-50 FPS in average, if not more.

I'm playing DayZ since August on my Lenovo G570 with AA (combined settings) on 30-40 FPS and I'm very pleased.

AKM / M107 (Barrett .50 cal) G17 / M9SD Why AKM? I can handle it very well, it needs a perfect handle. It's also being often used in ArmA II servers, I just got used to it. -

AMD GPU Users: Has The Video Memory Setting Changed For You?

It boosted my FPS with setting the post-processing to low from "off" and adding the FXAA on my HD 6370M, didn't try the video memory though. BTW, how can I see my drivers version? -
