Graphical Glitch, Then Crash, Now Cant Join Any Server

i have a similar thing happen to me kinda my computer seizers up and its all pixels red/pink i haveto reboot the pc, then the game works again for a few days then it does it again :/ -
Parkin uk , thats my name on here and yeah mine does the same thing i can run battlefield 3 full graphics fine and then i play dayz and like almost everyday i get a graphical glitch where it goes into big pixels like a pink/red colour and i havto turn my pc off and reboot it, its like a crash but yet i still here people on skype

when I play arma2 or dayz the screen cracks into lots of pixels like a red/pink colour this happens once or twice a day and i havto reboot the whole computer, I can still here my friends on skype but they sound like robots but after a while my screen losers signal, i have checked the wires etc. everything seems to be working and I play battlefield 3 max graphics MOH max graphics etc. so my graphics card is good enough, does this happen to anyone else or does anyone know how to fix this problem I would be very appreciative.
